Resolved: Request for Status of Incomplete Order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
My experience was terrible! I requested the status of my order three times over a period of eight weeks, and did not receive a response until Pissed Consumer contacted them.
And even then the response was curt and not what I had requested.
I had requested information on the status of my order. Instead I received a two line response stating that my order had been cancelled.
(THIRD REQUEST)
I placed an order eight (8) weeks ago, and have still not received my order. I have emailed twice requesting information and have not received a response.
Would you please inform me as to the status of my order?
If you cannot fill the order, I would like to know so I can order elsewhere.

Note: When I finally received a response, eight weeks after I placed the order, thanks to pissed consumer, all I received was a curt email that said the order of been canceled!

Question about digital download music
I simply wanted to ask a question.
Can I change the key of the music prior to printing or having it mailed?
The web site is so confusing
I wanted to re-purchase a piece of sheet music, but the web site is so confusing I couldn't even find the sheet music again. I went to their site and detailed the original order number and even indicated I had printer trouble and was not able to print the PDF correctly.
They needed apparently a new password.
I filled out the required information and was told to wait for a confirmation but never got it......Naturally the bigger a company gets (or think they are big now) the more complicated they get. Who cares about the person that is "not" computer savvy.

A scam
I ordered sheet music for my daughter and it never appeared in my digital library for download. They didn't respond to my complaint.
This company is a scam. Making money off of ripping kids off, you should be ashamed.

Seeing where my script that I bought
I ordered Peter Pan Jr the broadway version script and it still haven’t come in yet. It said that the script would come in between January 17 and January 21.
Still have not received score
Last week, I contacted Sheet Music Plus due to a delayed delivery of an order. Sheet Music Plus had not received the score from the publisher after I had ordered the score two weeks ago.
They also claimed that once they received the score, they would overnight the shipping.
I got an email on Thursday saying the score had shipped. It's Monday, I still don't have the score, and I will be receiving yet another zero in my college conducting course.

Promo code discount was not included in total. I got an on-phone promise that the discount will be subtracted on the “back-end,” whatever that means.
I asked for a receipt for this or an email confirmation and was told it was not possible.
1) I had to find number and call to check to see about promo code. It was not credited.
2) I have to wait to see if I was credited (in 5-6 weeks) and its on me to remember, and to follow up if it’s not.
Sales Activities
There have been no sales of my sheet music for an extended period of time. Are there technical problems within the system?
Also, is there a way of knowing the number of visitors to my composer's/publisher's page? The total royalties earned on my compositions is around $7.98 when last I looked. It has been frozen at that amount for months with no change. Am I able to recover that?
If I close my account, would I be able to collect it? I believe the royalties were earned in 2017 or 2016. It seems unlikely to me that sales would just stop so suddenly. Your response would be very much appreciated.

Very Good Customer Service
For the first time, my order didn't arrive as expected. They very quickly located the problem and sent another copy that came two days later. Excellent.

I bought my last sheet music sometime in the 1970s ... you'll be unable to collect anything unless you have accurate figures to list in your claim as damages.
