Wrong shipping address on order
I placed an order for 2 pairs of your tights but once completed I noticed the sipping address was incorrect!
How do I update shipping address?
Should be Nancy Johnson at 625 Nader Way, Fernley NV 89408 and NOT 1600 Euclid Ave Las Vegas NV 89104

Chat line and emails do not help to solve the problem.
Was on with chat and she dropped me. My black tights do not work, and I got a rude email back from Sheertex.
At this point, they do not back up their product. Also, you can't seem to reach a real person for help. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

Rating should be zero. They charged my card 3 times for two pairs of tights. Cannot call any of their 3 numbers. Need code to send email which was never sent twice. Fraud. Scam. Stay Away.

Have not received my order
I have not received my order ordered February 14 and it is February 22. Cannot get anyone on the line and they want me to pay to talk to someone.
I will never order again so they now have my. $31.61 !!!
Filthy language in text ads
Sent me a text ad with the f word and my granddaughter was playing games on my phone and saw it!! I am a Christian and dont use that language anyway so why would you on your product one that sells good without that and is not necessary???!!!

NEED TO RETURN 3 PAIRS KNEE HIGH SHEERTEX
3 box's were squeezed into my mailbox in green plastic bags, the box's are dented. I did not open any.
There was some sort of error and need to return 1ll 3 box's. I want to purchase thigh high sheer black stockings.
None of the agents on chat have been able to give me a phone # nor have they solved this issue. The info on your site is product can be returned. If I don't get service I'm forced to deny the charge on my visa card.
Need help NOW & don't want to wait any longer to be told i waited too long.
I've used the chat method for a few weeks with no response on how to get them returned. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT.
