Poor customer service. I called in for create a kit and to send it now. Two weeks later I called to find it never shipped. Tried again to place my order and they didn't have half of the things I needed in stock and some items discontinued. It's to bad, really liked sheer cover makeup. May have to switch to another company where I can get the products I need when I want them.

Tried out the product and then wanted to cancel. I called to cancel and got a cancelation email. They sent out another product before I cancelled so I sent it back and then I look on my account today and they charged me yet again. They owe me near $100 and they just keep billing me. Going to call today and then call my bank and stop them from processING the transaction.
