Sheehy Subaru Hagerstown

On December of 22 I bought a 2009 Subaru Forrester . After driving it three times the check engine light came on.

Now it turns out it was the catalytic converter. The dealer graciously replaced it. And come April the check engine light came on again this time with puttering I ran a diagnostic on it , it was the you guessed it.. the converter again.

When I took it back to the dealer they said it was because my oil was low so they topped it off and again the check engine lite came on with in a day or two.. and this time it stalled in traffic . So again I go back this time its the coil that needs replaced so says the dealer . But again when I had diagnostic ran it was the converter but we change the coil I mean its an older car Ive had since December.

But was only able to drive it in January after it was fixed. So this point its April weve gone back to the same dealer three times for the same problem. But we got a new coil, and what do you know the check engine light comes on. Now Im no mechanic but I already knew it was the converter.

I go get diagnostic and sure enough so this is like the forth time. Now this car was stopping in traffic puttering , now for context from April until August I drove this car 10/15 times . Imagine what that does for work? Did you guess ?ding ding ding I was homeless.

So that happened and finally 11 months later I go back to see if I can get a deal on a car because well out off the 11 months in the year I have had a drivable car for five months! Again the car is old but I was offered 3750 for my car. But according to a lawyer I spoke with if after three times a problem isnt fixed and its the same problem. That screams lawsuit even on my 2009 Forrester.

All I want is a working car, I picked Subaru because of the good reputation .

So Im sure you can imagine my surprise and frustration. Please help.
