POOR SERVICE and COMMUNICATION SKILLS

I 1st thought that this was going to be a easy process since my mother worked at this dealership, but I was so wrong. From day one this has been a deal from ***. First problem was NO communication regarding the deal it took 4days because the deal was not being worked in the finance department. then I found out that the vehicle was sent to be auctioned off. Now the vehicle has been in the service department for over a week now and still there is NO communications about what is going on with it, my trip had to be cancelled because now they say a part has to be order, but my problem with this is doesn't any vehicle go though inspection b4 it is re-sold? My next question is what do I need to get out of the deal and make sure that it is not on my credit report
