Horrible service
Please dont ever go to the Glen Burnie location to purchase a vehicle. The salesman there are incompetent and the manager is worse. Its a circus being run by a ringmaster clown.

I have complained about a female worker at the service department ,she checks you in to have your car serviced I have complained about her and nothing was done!!! so rude and racist!!!
- Nothing good at this location lady is rude and racist
Preferred solution: Put the female in another department she obviously don't have good customer skills ,very rude! That is not good for a major car dealership

Ripped Off At Sheehy Ford, Richmond, VA
- - Expected a family discount on a 2010 Escape.
- - Dealer kept about $1,300 Ford discount and refused to pass it to me.
I was supposed to get a family discount on a 2010 Escape since I have a family member working at Ford. The dealer made excuses that I did get a discount when the Excape went on sale, yet the dealer got over $1,300.00 from Ford Motor Co.
for my discount, but refused to give the discount to me. Due to my skin color ( White ), I was ripped off. Ford has encouraged their racial divirsity and discrimination. Please don't ever buy a Ford.
