I want a refund… I haven’t received my product it’s been over a month now… I’m contacting the BBB… if I don’t receive or hear from you.
I used her products in the past.. I was trying to support black businesses but now I dont feel the same I just want my refund or Im contacting the bank and the BBB I hope we can resolve this issue.

I can give a review if I did get the product I paid for are a response back letting me know when I will get the product I paid for.
I have not received the producti I paid for or any response as to why are when I will receive the product.
If you dont have the product please refund my money back to my card.

I mistakenly authorized you to proceed with a subscription for your leave in conditioner. While I am working on finishing the first bottle I have received two additional bottles. I need to have you discontinue my subscription for leave in conditioner and if I choose to order again I will make the phone call and order the product please affective today July 10, 2022.

This is the second time. Ive requested the discontinuance of the leave in conditioner mail to me for $25 plus monthly. I am basically just about completed the first one that I sent in my introductory kit. Ordered online.
There is no receipt. Just stop sending the leave in conditioner.
