Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They came through. I appreciate the support.
My package was delivered to the wrong address by confirmation of the carrier, and they wouldn't replace my package worth less than $75.00. Poor customer service support.
I have a solid history with them, and still, I got shunned out. Good product, but not worth losing my money over.

I clicked on the link with my discount code ordered 2 pairs and my discount didn't apply so I had to pay full price instead of 20% off
My order
First off, I really didn't know I was signing up for this site, I just needed to call customer service regarding my recent order. My issues were a result of the USPS, not the company I bought from.
Sheath is a premium underwear brand, it was my first order to try a couple of their products.
My order was delivered to the wrong address, opened, poorly packed again and then forwarded to me, but less one of my items when it finally arrived yesterday.
The lady I spoke with from Sheath answered quickly, was exceptionally kind and considerate of my time and almost instantly processed a request to send me a replacement.
They were top notch, and despite it being just a pair of men's underwear, they treated the situation as though it were a big deal. I can't recommend them enough - the product is expensive, but I'm eager to test it out, and just maybe replace my entire underwear drawer in the coming weeks.
