Shea Homes in Los Angeles, California - Bad practice on broker commission
Brokers know they need to accompany buyers on their first visit as it’s standard practice in the industry. Shea is very clear on their broker policy and have it posted at the entrance to the sales office as well as inside the sales office. There is no way the buyers will know that they need to bring their broker on the very first visit.
Shea Homes in Chula Vista, California - Unhappy Shea Customer
I purchased a new Shea Home in 2005, I was told my windows had a 10 yr. warranty and placed a claim before the ten years were up. When you purchase a vehicle that sat for one year before purchased you don't loose a year of warranty, why should this not be the same for a house at 1/2 million dollars?
