My fiancée ordered a ring from this website, it came back fake. Im highly disappointed in this I would never buy from this website again.
I feel they are very dishonest about their products.

Where to begin?? Firstly the website is sham - they say they're a US based company but all their manufacturing and laughably incompetent "customer service" team are based in Guangzhou, mainland China.
After forking out over £1300 for an apparently 14 karat gold ring, my fiancé had a severe allergic reaction... Suffice to say she is NOT allergic to real gold!! We took it to a local, reputable jeweler who was ASTOUNDED at the amount I paid and, after checking the ring and noting the "Hallmark" had been etched on, not stamped, he confidently claimed "I can't tell you what it is, but I can tell you what it isn't - it's not real gold".
It was only after sending SSY pictures of my poor fiancés enormously swollen finger, and threatening to report them for Import/Export tax evasion (another gem - they'll charge you £1300 for costume jewelry then send you a sales invoice for $60 to, and I quote: "mitigate the risk of high tariffs or taxes" - yes, I have ALL OF THIS in writing!!) that they finally agreed to pay me my money back... minus the £85 from my own pocket I spent shipping their garbage costume jewelry back to them.
They ruined our engagement and have taken ZERO responsibility or accountability for it.
The ONE concession they did make was that, if my fiancé removed her absolutely brutal Trustpilot review, they be kind enough to offer us THIRTY DOLLARS OF STORE CREDIT!!!
I don't think you can add laugh emoji's here, but the screen would be absolutely littered with them if I could. Surely this kind of activity is also illegal? Is this bribery? I'm not sure, but I'll be looking into it.
I have, however, just received an automated email telling me my refund will be processed in THIRTY DAYS!!!
So that's another month I am VASTLY out of pocket, and my fiancé is without an engagement ring.
Utterly disgusting.
To be clear - I have ALL of this is in writing - I have all the email communications, their shady sales invoices, their "Customer Service" people writing "To mitigate the risk of high tariffs or taxes, we have declared a value of USD 60 for your package.", all the proof I need to go extremely public on this company, and that's what I plan to do. I urge anyone else who may have had similar experiences to get in touch with me, as I am considering bringing a Class Action lawsuit against this "company".

I never received my ring and this has been the wore experience trying to get this resolved. My engagement dinner is next week embarrassing I don't have a ring that cost $1,000+ dollars.
My anxiety is through the roof and I don't know what else to do. Wedding planning is rough and expensive and buying another ring is not in my budget by far. She said yes used DHL as a carrier which DHL used a 3rd party to deliver my ring and they can't seem to identify where it is. All I can do is cry.
An all She said Yes is saying they will get back to me in a couple of days. They asked me to contact DHL to see what happened and send the results to move forward. I did and now they act ad such they are waiting to hear from them.
It took me less than 20 minutes to contact them DHL to figure out what happened. I'm sad I'm angry im pissed I am annoyed.

Bought the ring the end of June, proposed in July. The quality was poor but it was too late to do anything else.
It completely came apart. There was an outer ring and an inner ring. It was sent back in November 3. I was told that I needed to follow very specific instructions, send with tracking number and sign, include order number in package and then reply to the e-mail with the tracking number.
All this was done. Called on 29 Dec. They said they never got the e-mail with the tracking number. I provided it to them.
They said they couldn't find it. Then all of the sudden, they said that they saw it. But it had not been sent to get repaired because they never received the tracking number. They have the package, the tracking number is on the package and the order number is in the package, yet they cannot figure out how to fix it without an e-mail with the tracking number.
They said that they have "many" tracking numbers for packages. I can totally believe that due to the quality. When I asked to just get a refund, after many back and forth about the tracking number, she informed me that it was past the 30 days so there would be no refund. The e-mail receipt that we have says that there is a one year warranty.
Obviously, they don't stand behind their warranty.
If you are reading this review, please save yourself some trouble and do not order from this site. The quality is poor and the customer service is worse.
