the pico de gallo is cut waaaaaaaay too small and is drowned in lime juice... i haven't found a better salsa at you're stores because everything else is super processed but this one is almost inedible. Fresh salsa is about the ingredients and unfortunately, your version of pico is sour and doesn't highlight the ingredients it should. To the red headed *** in the bakery at shaws in nashua, you are the rudest, under educated, *** I have ever encountered. Do you even know what customer service is? I would have to say no, just by the way I was treated by this women. Not to mention your cake I purchessed made me and my friends sick. Will never go back. Waste of time and money.

I am a loyal shaw's customer. I always bought day old bread as a way to trim my grocery expenses, since the store at prudential and Fenway in boston changed ownership I was told that it was no longer available and it was being thrown out. Can't it be given to a food bank or shelter if you don't want to sell it? I plan to give this information to our local news media so that everyone will be aware of this practice. I have been shopping at the same supermarket for over nine years. Once a Shaw's supermarket, and now a star market, I encountered one of the new managers "Ernest." I use a wheelchair and require assistance with shopping. Most of the managers are gracious and provide someone to assist me with no problem. I am all done with shopping at Shaws !! I sick tired bait and switch sign pricing. 1.88 for maynase if buy 6 jars. I only want 1 if the is 1.88 why should have buy six to get that price

I was shopping at the start market at 44 Morrissey blvd Dorchester and this man was following me around I stopped and ask him why you are following for more than 10 min I said he told I'm not I'm just walking in my opinion the store is big enough so he don't really have to be behind me for more than 10 min I felt uncomfortable I ask who are you he told me I'm the assistant director of the store I told good to know I'm won't shop here anymore and... Stopped into Shaw's to get a few things. The prepared fried chicken was on special today, 8 pieces for $6.99. Should have known better....the chicken is too dry to eat and I only received 7 pieces!!! Gave two pieces to my daughter and she must have been starving because she ate it. I refuse to even try to eat it. I will be returning it tomorrow. There is never anything left after 5:30pm. Dear Sir, I sometimes shop at Shaw's Supermarket in Chestnut Hill, MA. Some of the products I want to buy are on the top or bottom shelf. I am 70 year old and cannot bend down to read the bottom shelf- like tomato sauce, and I do not want to go on my knees because it is hard for me to get up.
