The LVP flooring was installed professionally (by Shaw distributor) in February, already the tiles have gaps that are about ¼" wide where the ends meet. I bought into the claim that the flooring was "water-proof". I don't see how that is possible when I can see the...

I had a question about how to clean my new laminate flooring. She told me the proper cleaner to use. I purchased it and cleaned my floor. It still doesn't look very good but it's better.

Shaw Floors - They are horrible!!!!!!!!

Within 6 months of installation of the engineered wood floor there was boards that lost color. Places that are not in a traffic spots or walked on. Boards splitting and snagging. When we got to the point to complain to Nebraska Furniture mart where we bought it, we were told we were out of warranty period. The Shaw floating is an epoch FAIL. It sickens me that we spent all this money $6000 to have a 2 year old floor we will have to replace. Unbelievable. Do not buy Shaw and do not use Nebraska furniture mart.

Shaw Floors - 9 year old carpeting shows wear and buckling and a hump.

I have a claim at Shaw right now thru a carpet dealer. They told him they would restretch it again . We paid $5000.00 for this carpet and we have tried to live with it. Well it will just happen again. The warranty was 20 or 25 years. I guess we made a mistake buying the Twist style as they don't even sell it anymore .

Shaw Floors - High priced Junk

I had shaw lvt installed in my kitchen. Hours after the installers left I noticed scratches ahowing up in various spots around the table. Well I found it was the soft Brown nylon buttons on my chairs. I immediately removed them and put on felts but now I am still seeing new scratches popping up everywhere! I paid 2.50 per square ft. To me that's not cheap flooring. I purchased Mohawk lvt for my other house for the same money and have no scratches yet and its been over a month. Don't buy Shaw!

We installed Shaw carpet about 3 years ago at a hefty price for carpet and custom installation by Startown Carpet in Conover, NC. Since we are well in our years, we thought this to be our final expense for flooring. WRONG! After less than a year, the carpet had humps....
