Piece of crap
- Fridge and furnace quit; countertop is coming apart; water tank leaked.
- Travelcamp offered no help and said they know little about the fridge.
Ive owned our Shasta RV for less than 1 year. The fridge and furnace continuously quit working, the counter top is coming apart and the water tank leaked under our bed.
Travelcamp has been zero help even telling my husband that they dont know much about the fridge!
Dont buy Shasta.ever. Ive owned RVs for 20 years and never had this many issues.

I just bought my 2021 Shasta trailer last month and finally had time to camp this past weekend. Well....
There was a lot of issues, so to start my water tank was not ready right after a very short shower of my child. (Yes I turned it off while scrubbing) we ran out. I still had 5 others who needed to shower. My 150 LB daughter sat on the table and broke the chair.

I am just upset. There were other flaws the wall by the slide out is already separating, my shower wall already coming up. The screen door to my back door will not shut.
I was not fitted properly or something. My bedroom door does not shut easily.
Shasta forgot to add a simple screw so my doors on my cupboard would shut. I guess the thing I am most disgusted in is the fact my daughter was embarrassed for the table break.

I've tried several times to reach out to Shasta using their contact form to no avail. Every time I fill out the form it responds with an error saying the page is not recognized.
It's a 2020 Shasta Phoenix 370fe fifth wheel, which we bought brand new.
We have issues with the coax system, the awning, and a lack of a proper owners' manual. The dealer we purchased from is very helpful, but getting the rv to him takes 3.5 hrs driving time.

Driving to a campground 2 weeks ago and the siding blew off the side of my 2017 Shasta oasis as we were driving south on interstate 35 Friday June 14th. Shasta RV and Forest River will not cover the failure of their product. I recommend not purchasing anything from this company.

Holy Crap!! I had the same EXACT think happen to us on our 2017!
Now we have stress cracks in the siding on both sides of the RV!! Shasta is TRASH!!
