They Suck

The service people were fine, but those at Sharp's HQ office in Hampton Roads were so deceptive & manipulative that I now wouldn't have anything from Sharp if they gift-wrapped it, delivered it, and paid me to take it.

Sharp sent THEIR tech (vs. salesman) to inspect, found all to code. Sharp still says it's not.

I have newly tested, inspected, professionally installed, but used propane tank -- 100 lb size. Sharp refused to come fill it because they said tanks of this size weret too small for them to bother with.

I complained everywhere I could. Then they changed their story & said they wouldn't fill my tank because it was "rusty" and "unsafe." No, it's not rusty, and as noted above, professionally tested, inspected & installed.

Sharp's recommended solution: Once again, their own tank in a larger size. I smell a rat -- & I'm COLD!
