Stretching so called company policys

After receiving an answer from a very slow customer service(usually 2 business days, although, when you provide your complaint it says 1 business day), it appeared my order would definitely ship at the very end of the 2-10 days shipping policy.

But that didn't happen, they only provided a UPS tracking number which showed, just the tracking number was created and UPS is waiting for the customer to provide the shipment.

Then it gets even better, because it will take another 2-10 days to finally arrive!

So, be careful they are extremely slow. I would never buy there again and still are hoping and waiting for my order to arrive.

Took my money but Never got merchandise or response from sharkstores

I ordered some camisoles from the website after seeing them advertised through the Brads Deals site. They charged my credit card and received payment the same day I ordered the merchandise.

When the merchandise did not arrive after two weeks, I contacted shark stores. They replied that they would get back with me in 1-2 days. After a week with no response I contacted them again, with no response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I will contact the BBB to file a complaint and never do business with them again. Hopefully others will tell about their bad experience with this company.

Buyer be aware dealing with SharkStores LLC

I bought a $5,000 diamond ring that was guaranteed to be authentic. Upon receipt, the diamond didn't meet their advertised claims nor the supplied documentation.

A 2.3 TCW diamond was rated as SI2 - no jeweler would give me this quality rating. I complained to SharkStores and issued a complaint number - but all I've heard is crickets. No response from the company, no response to voicemails or emails.

I will now hire an attorney, notify the attorney general in California and New York due to fraud and I'll take what ever effort I need to take to assert my displeasure with this transaction. Save your money and work with a company that wants to right any wrongs.

Received defective item

I've made several purchases there over the years with no issues. But as soon as I needed service from them, I found out that it was nonexistent despite the many claims on their website. A while ago, I bought a watch and the strap broke after

2 months and they said I had to contact the manufacturer directly. I thought it was disappointing but not totally unreasonable.

More recently I bought a piece of diamond jewelry that arrived with a missing stone. The package was in mint condition and there was no lose stone to

be found in the box. It was clearly shipped out defective. They claimed their quality controls would have not missed it and refused to do anything about it because I picked up my shipment past their 14 return window. All my subsequent emails pleaded to reconsider were left totally unanswered.

If you have an issue with the item you received, you will get one very polite email to tell you to go get lost basically.

Terrible customer service

Placed 58 orders with Shark Stores over the past three years. Had a defective watch on the last one.

Called and e- mailed repeatedly. Eventually got a rep. Said she would e-mail me a shipping label and return instructions. No such luck.

Have ignored all subsequent e-mails. Do not even try to phone unless you have all day and unlimited frustration tolerance. Time to move to companies that want my business. If you search the internet you will see that my experience is pretty typical and remains the same over time.

Does not seem that Shark Stores wants loyal customers. Very disappointed.

Poor Customer Service

I had ordered tww pairs of shades and I tried contacting them several times to find out what happened to the order. First they told me it was shipped then I was informed they don't have those in stock.

I would never recommend this site to anyone. Also I noticed they have another sale going on and it does say those products are in stock. I was told they are a flash store, so they don't have anything in stock, they get products as someone orders them.

I think its one of those Nigarian scam company. I will be worried about giving them my credit card information.

Double Billed by DiamondShark.com

I recently purchased an item from the on-line store DiamondShark.com. The item was delivered in a timely manner and was of good condition.

Shortly after receiving the order I checked my Visa account on-line and discovered I had been billed twice for the one item. I immediately contacted the customer service group at DiamondShark.com and was told their "system" does not allow double billing and they could find nothing wrong. I responded with the Visa transaction codes for the two charges and gave them the phone numbers for the Visa card representative at the issuing bank. I had already contacted Visa and confirmed that DiamondShark.com had been paid twice for the one order.

After numerous emails and phone calls nothing has been done to refund the over billing.

Beware of doing business with this company. The deals are a bargain, but not at twice the price..!
