I purchased my steam mop a couple years ago and loved it UNTIL I went to purchase another bottle of cleaner and no one had them. And I've been told that tgey no longer carry them???? WHAT SO I PAID 129.00 FOR A STEAM MOP AND NOW I CANT USE IT AS I SHOULD BE. I purchased 2 shark irons. The cord at the base of the iron lost connection on both irons. The shark 1600 watt I was able to take back to the store. The 1800 watt I had to call shark company. I was told that it was out of warranty and was not covered any more. When I told the man on the phone that I would pay for shipping and repairs, he said that with out a warranty, it could not be sent back for any repairs. Bottom ooe e if dgrk.not picking now. Disconnecting the bottom and it pock.ip good suction. This is the 2nd vacuum in 3 years not working. Cleaned all parts of vacuum snd nothing. Vrry un happy!!!!

Do not buy a Shark vacuum. Had it two months little suction. I did what customer service said still no suction. Calling customer service on hold thirty minutes. I hung up. Emailed never returned even though website said within 24 hours or next day.

I bought the allergen vacuum about 4 months ago before Easter actually and it's already lost suction and the head lights on it stopped working!
I saw an info commercial on tv. So I called. But they would not give me what the ad said I would get on the tv. Then they made me go through a run around trying to get to customer service. I waited 38 minutes, while the customer service guy checked on things. Then he told me what I just saw on tv wasn't offered anymore. Hmm. Sounds like bait and switch, false advertising. Purchased a Shark Pocket Mop. Steam did not work, contacted Shark customer service per manual and was told to return it with the label they were sending and charging me a $1.70. Like many people, I was taken with the add for the convenience of the Shark Rocket vacuum and ordered one. I was pleased with the ease with which I was able to maneuver the machine and how light it was. I didn't have the machine a year before it had an issue and I called customer service to request a part. I just had the same experience. Ordered a vacuum using a coupon code that gave me %20 off. (which was a significant discount) Checked the status the next day and it was cancelled, but the charge was pending on my card. I called customer no service to have them tell me that it was a problem with my credit card.
