Faulty helmet

Had helmet 2 yrs November cracks appearing both sides.

Helmet not dropped cracks appear to start from screws both sides.

Spare Parts

In the UK, no matter who I contacted, nobody could help with the spares I required. Having been totally unable to contact SHARK but any of their published 'contact' facilities, I resorted to Pissed Consumer.

Pissed Consumer were able to furnish me with a telephone number.

At last I would be able to try and buy Spare Parts for my helmet, directly from Shark, France.

I called the number in France, where there was the option of English language to be spoken. I was put through to 'Reception' who were very helpful.

Having heard my problem, they patched me through the 'Customer Services'. This department were also most helpful, and the issue of my 'Spare Parts', although not sorted out, is much further forward.

Thank you Pissed Consumer for that very necessary phone number.
