Sharge - Package missing

There's no kind of good customer service at all. I have been waiting for my package for four weeks now.

I told them, but they just ignore me.

I even paid extra for protection, but that didn't help at all. It has been sitting in Woodbridge since December 2nd and today is the 21st.
