I Sent money using sharemoney.com but
Recipient never received the money sent by Sharemoney.com, no alert, no money on the bank account.
Bank confirmed no money was received. First Bank Nigeria conformed via written email that no money was received into their system from sharemoney.
That even-if money was sent to a wrong account that they will still see the money but no money was received from sharemoney.com.
I forwarded this email to sharemoney but instead of investigating the issue, they just tell me that money was sent that they will not do any investigate unless I provide them with the recipient bank statement from the day money was sent to current day, which is not possible (I told them, they're out of their mind to demand such info for money transfer investigation).
And they kept telling me money was sent with no proof.
On writing this notes, recipient has not received any money and I have not received a refund.
I am currently contacting my bank on this matter and State Dept. of Banking & Insurance to report this problem.
Do not use this company to send money but if you have to then be very careful with sharemoney.com, if anything happens or go wrong, you may be out of luck like me.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!
