Sharekhan

I have three accounts in your (Sharekhan) Ludhiana branch at Feroze Gandhi Market. In all my accounts, I trade from time to time as per my convenience, and all orders in my three accounts, present and past, were placed by me. On 14/07/2025 at 09:53 AM, I called the branch and Mr. Lalit Jain picked up the phone. I was very surprised because this employee of your branch comes to the office 5-6 times in a whole month. Every time I call for trade, the reply I receive is that he is on leave, in a meeting, having lunch, etc., but he is never available on the phone. To confirm this, you can check the CCTV recording of the office, and you will find how many days this person comes to the office. Now, to come to the main point:

1. On 14/07/2025, I called your Ludhiana branch as mentioned above at 9:53 AM, and Mr. Lalit picked up the phone. I asked him the rate of BCG stock; he replied 21.80-21.90, and I ordered him to place a sell order for 500 shares of BCG (from DP holding) from Sayam Singh (my son) account having account no. 206**** at the price of Rs. 21 (80 paisa below the current price). After taking the order, he cut off the phone.

2. After a few minutes, I called again to know about the actual selling price of my stock, then Mr. Lalit gave the excuse, 'Sir abhi pending hai, dalta hu.' From his communication, it is clear that he had not placed the order until that time, and after a few seconds, the stock was on a down freeze and continues to be so today.

3. I complained about this kind of act to Mr. Naresh Dutt, and as usual, every time I call, his reply is, 'I am in a meeting; I will call you after some time,' and he does not hear my problem or try to solve it.

4. Due to the misconduct of your RM and Manager, I am facing a loss due to stocks not being sold in time at the given price.

5. You can assume the services of your manager and RM provided to clients who are every time on holiday and in meetings during trading time when clients require their services.

6. Please look into the matter and compensate for my loss and mental harassment due to negligence in service by your branch; otherwise, I have no option but to forward the matter to SEBI. Hoping for an early and positive response.
