Delivery Of Iphone Delayed By 4 Days

I have ordered iPhone 12pro through your customer care link and they promised me deliver the product by 26th October. As of today still it is not delivered. Whenever i am calling Customer Service they are giving same answers that it is shipped. I have received an message that mobile is shipped on 26.10.2020. I am really fed-up of calling you people. Fed up. Horrible to deal with

I purchased a laptop in Times Square on 8 Sept and was promised it would be delivered within 2 days. Of course when It never arrived, I called and was told it is OUT OF STOCK. I then asked to cancel the order as I required the laptop urgently . Since I had paid by creditcard, I was told by the store Manager, to visit any branch and they will credit the original charge back to my credit card... Its been over 15 days, they have still not refunded me, for a laptop that was never even delivered. I have made several calls to the call centre, when somebody finally returns my calls, they promised they will sort it out with their finance dept... I am fedup and now have officially lodged a complaint with the Dubai Consumer Dept and one step away from going to the store with a police.. Its a joke, them charging for something they never even delivered.. Buyer beware... its not worth the Headache.

SHARAF DG DELIVEDER A TV TO MY HOUSE THAT DOES NOT WORK I CALLED TO HAVE IT REPLACED BUT THEY ASK SEND PICTURES OF DAMAGED BOX AND DAMAGED TV. THERE IS NO DAMAGES ON BOX OR TV ONLY SEE THE ISSUE WHEN ITS PLUGGED IN AND THEY NOW REFUSE TO REPLACE OR HELP! THIS HAS GONE ON FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND THE WORST CUSTIOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY WHOLE LIFE!! THIS WAS MY 10 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND NOW HAVE RUINED HIS BIRTHDAY AS WELL AS NOT REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED OUR TV

Bad experience

I bought a Seimens kitchen hood and asked them to Deliver on Sunday 28 April 2019 before 1200 which they agreed. However, no one called me and after myself chasing them and the supplier of the kitchen hood they told they will deliver on Monday. I wasted half day waiting for them at home :(

Fraud and *** serfice at Sharaf DG

I never go out of my way to leave complaints or negative comments, however, what I experienced the other was absolutely horrendous on many terms. I bought an iPad Pro from the two days ago from the Deira City Center branch and returned to buy a screen protector. I asked the lady behind the counter at the screen protector department to show me what they have for the 10.5 screen. She had no knowledge about the products and showed no interest in explaining, either. She showed me one type of glass protector until I asked her about the other one (on display). I asked her to kindly install the screen for me, in which she did the following: She placed the iPad directly on the display glass without checking to see if there was anything that could potentially scratch the device. Bear in mind that I actually brought the device in the box, so it had no back cover. Any other store actually use a rubber mat to place devices on or just any soft sheet. The lady then starts to apply it without making sure that the screen was absolutely clean, so as to avoid any dust entrapped under the glass. She struggled with applying it and took about 15 minutes. After I inspected the screen protector, I noticed many dust particles (clear ones) under the glass screen, as well as two very obvious scratches. If staff members aren't informed about this: you are not supposed to use glass cleaning products or alcohol swabs on the glass protector because it rips off the top layer and causes it to be weaker. She proceeds to spray so much of the glass cleaning product in hopes of the dust particles to magically disappear. After I pointed out the obvious dust particles, she took the iPad and starts using a HAIR DRYER on the iPad directly. I kindly asked her to stop doing that, as the screen protector I was purchasing was flexi glass and is made of very thin material which will damage the iPad screen for sure if I hadn't stopped her. She mockingly said: "we are trained professionals". I said: "yes, but it's not right to use a hair dryer on a sensitive screen like an iPad's. I could've done this myself in a steamed room", to which she replied: "haha, the steam will damage the screen". Clearly, she had not tried it herself to know that water has better effect on an adhesive screen than hot, dry air which could damage the Sapphire Glass on the iPad! If I have good knowledge about in my life, it's what to do and what no to do to electronic devices and I am well aware of the information I attain. She clearly lacks a good understanding of what she should be doing and selling in her position at Sharaf DG and also speaks to customers in a rude way, whether they are right or wrong. She seems completely incompetent and incapable of working in a technical store where information like that is crucial to have. When the customer has more knowledge than the "trained" staff members, know that the store will be in jeopardy. She scoffs: "well, if you're not happy I'll just remove it." She proceeds to call her superior, who in turn said: "ma'am we can't help it, if you're not happy, we will just remove it." Out of concern and respect for the employees I said that I would ask for a discount so that in that case they wouldn't lose money over the product, and that I could discuss it with the manager. The man literally said: "Ma'am I am the manager in Screen Protection department, we cannot do that". I said: "it has dust particles and scratches on it." He replied with: "but it's normal!" I agreed to remove the screen protector, which then the lady proceeds to rip off aggressively and mockingly. I said thank you and left. I do not want to have to deal with this again at Sharaf DG, as it isn't the first time! Mind you, I had gone to another store right after that trauma and had a great customer experience with that shop (I will keep their identity a secret as to not seem like I am trying to compare). The staff knew what they were doing and dealt with the iPad very gently and told me that I shouldn't be using the alcohol swab on the glass protector to not damage it. They understood completely what I was concerned about and claimed all responsibility. Guess what? No dust particles or scratches.

5 levels of *** at Sharaf DG

In case nobody knows, Sharaf in a few languages means "honor" or "working with integrity", which clearly what Sharaf DG doesn't stand for. I had to return to the store in Deira City Center 5 times after their horrendous fuck-ups, one after the other. My first time going there was to purchase the iPad Pro 2017, they were out of stock and told me it will get delivered to me the day after. It arrived after 24 hours, so their “Get it the next day or get it for free” policy didn’t apply. Clearly, they mend their own rules. The box arrived bent and damaged to my house. The second time I returned was to install a screen cover for the iPad, which is a whole experience on its own and I wrote my terrible encounter in a separate complaint. Click on my username to find and read it. I left Sharaf DG eventually and got it installed for 130dhs at another store. The third time I came back was because of an issue that the iPad was showing and it was clearly evident that Sharaf DG sells faulty products. They made me wait for 2 hours and then replaced my lost screen cover with a *** iPad cover that smelled so bad. They didn’t even have the decency to replace it with something of the same value or even another screen cover because “it was out of stock”. It was lost money on my part. The fourth time I returned was to get the new iPad they promised and had to wait for at least 30 minutes. On the phone, customer service said “sorry, we have no update as to whether it arrived or not” so I had to risk it and visit the store in person. After I received it, I had to go check to see if there were any faults with it. Lo and behold, the screen started flickering as soon as I turned it on and it was yet again a faulty device. I had returned for the fifth time to finally ask for a full refund, in which if they refused, I would have easily gone to court and won this case. I left and I will never return to Sharaf DG. Sharaf DG clearly discounted iPads in hopes of selling off defective remaining pieces with lower prices than the market. If they have anything discounted, it’s for good reason. They want to make sure to gain profit by scamming people. Please do not put yourself through the trouble of going there to purchase anything! I promise it’s better to buy from retail stores if you wish to save money or just go to proper sources whose staff members will treat you with respect and efficiency. I truly hope Sharaf DG gets shut down or someone reports them and files a lawsuit on them.

Only for the Fools: Free Prepaid Gifts at Sharaf DG Abu Dhabi. Hurry up!

I still remember what Frank Herbert said: “Do actions agree with words? There is your measure of reliability. Never confine yourself to the words.” To be honest I confined myself to the fake words advertised by Sharaf DG saying, “Get iPad Air 2 for only 1499 AED, and as a compliment from Sharaf DG you can grab your Headset as a free compliment form Sharaf DG”. Being deceived by this advertisement I and my daughter dashed into the shop and grabbed this “wonderful” deal. Another deception was when the sales staff said to us “Sir, our Sharaf DG promise is that you will get the price difference twice if you find the same item against a lower price in another shop”. It sounded great but in reality, it is great only for the fools. The same day, I went to Carrefour to check and I found that the same item is sold for only 1299 AED which means that there is a price difference of 200 AED which means that I will get 400 AED from Sharaf DG according to their “ Fake” promise. Therefore, I went to the customer service desk at Sharaf DG to claim my price difference voucher. The first impression of the customer service staff is that she felt offended by thinking that I knew in advance that there is a price difference and I have deliberately purchased this item only to claim the price difference voucher. Therefore, she said: “Sorry Sir, we cannot handle your request right now as our management is off on Saturdays and you have to wait until tomorrow. I told her:” isn’t there a line manager or a duty manager here to verify the price and get this transaction done?” She said: ‘Yes sure I will check with the manager, please wait”. This is a deception as she at first you have to wait until tomorrow as our management is off on Saturday and all of sudden she decided to go the next office and come back. After a couple of minutes she came back and said:” Sir sorry you are not eligible for this price difference voucher because we couldn’t match the price”. I requested more clarification on what is meant by “We can’t match the price”. She said:” Sir, look in your bill it says that the price is 1499 but it is divided into two items one item which you have been charged for is the headset. You have been charged 299 AED for the value of this item and the remaining amount is the value if the iPad Air 2”. That what is the catch. Sharaf DG has fooled me by this hoax .They have charged me 299 AED for a gift which is supposed to be free as advertised. At that moment I realized that the free gifts of Sharaf DG are not actually free and it is only a sham only for the fools who don’t read their invoice before they dash out the shop happy with their fake deal. I asked the staff there that I need to talk to your manager to resolve this issue. She said: “ Sorry Sir, he is busy right now he can’t see you right now” I told her” What do you mean he is busy. If he is busy he should be busy with me. I’m his business, and you have charged me 299 AED for an item which I don’t really want and I didn’t come to your shop to buy it. I came here to buy iPad Air 2 and your promise says “get double the price difference and there is really a difference of 200 AED and I have the right to claim it, and I have the right to get a full refund of the 299 AED which you have charged for a supposedly free item which I don’t really want. She said with cold blood and a dull voice: “ I am the manager here and you can talk to me and nothing can be done for you further sorry sir”. I felt that I am the only fool in this world being deceived by the fake offers of Sharaf DG. Therefore, I called the head office and after along conversation the staff at the head office, the staff said: ‘ Sir nothing is free at Sharaf DG, and we have charged you this amount as a value of this gift but you have the option to cancel the whole transaction and get your money back. Therefore, I returned the item and got my money back but with a lot of learned lessons. Of these lessons are the following: • Sharaf DG’s gifts are not free. You are charged for each free complimentary item or promotional gift you get with your purchase. • Sharaf DG promise of getting double the price difference is a hoax and not real. • Read your previous invoices of items that you have already purchased from Sharaf DG with extreme caution because maybe you will discover that you were one of the fools who were deceived by Sharaf DG. • When you ask the customer service attendant to see the manager and she says that she is the manager, it means that she is telling a lie and she has taken it personally. • Of your rights as a customer is to see the manager and not be deceived by the lies of the customer service desk. • At any time, you can report any fake advertisement to the Consumer Protection Authority in Abu Dhabi. • You have to inform the customer service desk that you really know your rights as a customer and you have to the option of reporting your issue to the Consumer Protection Authority in Abu Dhabi. • Do not confine yourself to one store when you want to buy something. For example, Sharaf DG is not a manufacturer of the items that you want buy. It is just an outlet and you are not forced to buy from them. • All that glitters is not gold. Gifts advertised by Sharaf DG are too good to be true. It is just a decoy. • Never argue with untrained staff like the staff at Sharaf DG customer service section. Instead of arguing, just return the item and sure you will get the same item in hundreds of stores around you.

Beware fake offer of Sharaf DG

I bought an Apple Air 2 from Mushrif branch against 1499 with a free gift which is a headset. Sharaf DG promise says that you have the right to claim a price difference if you find the item somewhere else for a less price. I found the same item at Carrefour for ony 1299 AED. I claimed the price difference but I was completely disappointed by the worst customer service ever. The staff there said we are not giving you free items .I discovered that I have been charged 299 for the so-called free gift. I asked the lady that I want to see the duty manager for this issue. She said this is not possible because the manager is busy now and it is final as she represents the manager according to what she said. I will return this item tomorrow and I will not be hesitant in writing a couple of blogs in Arabic and English warning potential customers about the fake offers advertised by this shop.

Horrible service, asked them before coming to store if the product is available and they said yes, 40min drive and 30 dirham parking later they say that the product isn't available where I specifically asked the Dubai Mall CS. Horrible experience!
