My order wasn’t sent to me
I ordered a compression garment paid for it and now they said its not available. I asked for my refund and all I get it (no one is available to speak to me right now)Im going to get someone to look into this matter it seems like a scam.

This company is a fraud. Do not order from them!
They falsely advertise an easy return/exchange/refund policy, but once they receive your money and send the items, you are stuck. They charged me extra for a return label that I never received, despite repeated requests. They are not interested in complying with their own policy. I complained to the FTC about them.
Please join me and do the same. We must stop this scam!!!

Scam!
I ordered a Medium, my order confirmation said 3XL. I received a 3XL and had to go to the post office to pay $3.55 to receive the item, despite free shipping on the website and order confirmation.
Returning the item has been a nightmare and still ongoing. They never had the medium in stock to begin with.

shapewear return policy is ridiculous! why cant they issue a return label like most company's , they make it super hard to return a item. Ill never order from them again

I am trying to get a question answered . Was looking over they're product and I ran across the size chart .
But it never said if the sizes were for the waist or bust together .
