Looks like I've lost 1890 points. I called Customer service, and had to get an authorization code in order for me to be able to make the call.
Once I entered the code and the number was activated for me to call, no one answered, the voicemail came on. Figures?

Worker told us he wasnt dropping *** no chicken. He so rude and nasty.
Told come back talk someone 2morrow.

Update the correct phone number for the payroll/customer service phone number. I'm getting frustrated with the extreme lack in my ability to reach these departments.

Was contacted by email once and I left another detailed message and haven't heard from them since. The App still doesn't take my gift card for payment.
Answer the phone cant even leave a message because mailbox is full. Every time that I go to pay with gift card I keep getting an error saying check the card number. I verified it by calling the 800 number so now I have $25 just setting on your app and I cant use it.

App not working properly for me. I maybe loosing reward points because of this.
The app isnt working nor the website. I tried rolling my points to the new app but it kept saying oops that number is already taken.
I cant access my points and now the store has been reset and I only have 150 points. The points is the bonus for buying food. Please get my account corrected.

I ordered a rib and chicken plate when I got home the wrong name was on the order put it appeared to be the correct food. Shortly after eating the food i develop diarrhea my husband and I both and it smelled just like the ribs we had eaten.
We will never eat from Shane's Rib Shack in Milledgeville Ga. again

Wrong item Complain poor customer service wrong item
I was given the wrong item and when I called back the employee stated that they could only replace the same item and that didn't make any sense to me,
She was rude. I spent a little over 20 dollars and I lived about 55 away, I asked her if I could receive a gift card via email but she stated that the company doesn't have that policy as an option
Discrimination
I am a paying customer that walked into the location to place an order. I have a small Maltese puppy that was in my arms.
I guess hes an employee never introduced his self or anything above only thing he stated was is that he was going to have to ask me to take the dog outside.
Shes in my arms not touching anything and theres no signs up about no dogs Did not know if I have a license to have my dog wherever I go, then proceeded to call the police on me because I wouldnt take my dog outside. Nobody had anything to say not my first time in this location with my dog in my arms, but it will be my last, if I had been a white person, nothing would have been said to me I feel I was discriminated against, and it is not sitting well with me and I will not stop here.

As to date, nothing has happened
The food was subpart and wasn't presented professionally. For the money that was spent(which was $100) it should have been better packaged and more for the price.
