I myself have had very good experiences with Sham-poochies I went to search for the phone number which I hadn't memorized and did a search and came up with a disgruntled customer ... I am not related in any way to anyone in Sham-Poochies and I will say that I have had nothing but great experiences from them and pleased with the way they groomed my Papillon named Pancho ...
Understand that some dogs are very hard to cope with and some are in very bad groom upon arrival and require a lot of work ..
exspecially if there have sensitive spots or fleas ... don't let one bad review determine your choice of groomer though

Groomer cut doggie up
took my miniature Schnauzer to be groom at a place in Dayton Ohio called sham poochies on north main street. she has cuts on her little tee-tee all around her butt is red as an apple.
she can hardly walk and she sit down very carefully.
she wines when she pee-pee. she is all jacked-up!
all sham poochies can say is we are sorry,well so am i, that i took her their. never again.
please be careful who you leave your pets with at all times. sorry is not enough for me this happen 10-07-08
By the way my puupies hair wasn't matted or nothing. I could see if she was a mess & they HAD to cut cut her off...that was not the case. :cry
