Understand this

I myself have had very good experiences with Sham-poochies I went to search for the phone number which I hadn't memorized and did a search and came up with a disgruntled customer ... I am not related in any way to anyone in Sham-Poochies and I will say that I have had nothing but great experiences from them and pleased with the way they groomed my Papillon named Pancho ... Understand that some dogs are very hard to cope with and some are in very bad groom upon arrival and require a lot of work .. exspecially if there have sensitive spots or fleas ... don't let one bad review determine your choice of groomer though

Groomer cut doggie up

took my miniature Schnauzer to be groom at a place in Dayton Ohio called sham poochies on north main street. she has cuts on her little tee-tee all around her butt is red as an apple. she can hardly walk and she sit down very carefully. she wines when she pee-pee. she is all jacked-up! all sham poochies can say is we are sorry,well so am i, that i took her their. never again. please be careful who you leave your pets with at all times. sorry is not enough for me this happen 10-07-08

By the way my puupies hair wasn't matted or nothing. I could see if she was a mess & they HAD to cut cut her off...that was not the case. :cry

I have taken my maltese puupy to shampoochies 3 times. 1st time was fine.

2nd time they cut her like a poodle...ok could possibly be my fault, I didn't specify. I do have a maltese though, not a poodle. 3rd time I was very specific. Trim hair out of eyes, trim anal area & trim paws.

I said I'm letting her hair grow back into a traditional maltese style. I pick her up, this time, she had hair on her face & the WHOLE rest of her body was 1/2 in long.

Definitely will not be going back! Her hair was just growing back from the last time!

Call to set an appointment for my dog to get a shampoo and nails clipped, i was ask what kind of dog i had, has been groomed before, she might ***, if i would bring her in they could deny my service, and she had a lot of dogs that needed to be shampoo. i told her this was too much, i hung up the phone and called LaRuby's they set up an appointment right away, took a minute instead of 5 minutes.

I have always taken my dog to SHAM POOCHIES DOG GROOMING INC. They 've always done a great job on my dogs .

I 've seen dogs come in there SEVERELY MATTED TO THE SKIN AND WICH THEY SHOULDA WENT TO THE VET ! INSTEAD THE GROOMER HAD TO PREFORM SOME KINDA MIRACLE TO GET THE MATTING OFF !

BECAUSE WHEN A DOG GETS MATTED THEIR SKIN CANT BREATHE AND IT STARTS TO BLEED. BUT THEY R #1 IN MY BOOK
