Bad customer service
- - One party was served while another waited; takeout for chicken with Mojo potatoes had confusion and the container looked dry, Mojo potatoes missing.
When I arrive to Shakeys with my party, they serve one of us and my other party had to wait a whole hour before her food was ready. And so we decided to leave I asked for a takeout container, she asked if I was coming up to the counter for what I ordered, which was a chicken breast and wing with Mojo potatoes .
I said I was coming for a container but yes I can take it if it is ready and she told me it was not it was not ready after I told her to cancel the order she finally gave it to me and it did not look right. It was dried and we did not get the mojo potatoes

Bad customer service from a manager

My wife & I hadn't gone to the Shakey's Pizza Buffet in a long time because of covid & my immune system Not being so good. We couldn't wait until it was safe enough to go & were both really looking forward to it.
We figured it was finally safe to eat at buffets so we finally went to Shakey's on my day off for lunch. We happened to had just gotten a couple of big sodas from elsewhere & thought it would had been safe to take inside. The manager was very rude about it & instead of politely explaining about there policy with us bringing in sodas, he was rude & said like a smartaleck that Shakey's isn't like a park & that we can't just bring in anything that we wanted. I then said that he was rude & that he lost our business & that I'd like to speak to the manager.
Sadly then the guy then said that he was the manager. I then told him that he wasn't a good manager & I walked out with my wife.

Bad service
Never pizza ready never chicken always cooking wait for chicken 40 minutes or more it was never this before with other managers in charge (lunch a bunch)

COMPLAINT
- - Wrong item delivered: cheese pizza, no pepperoni.
- - Order was a $49.99 combo.
- - Neida argued; no help; I demand a refund and will post on social media.
I ordered the combo for $49.99 On large peperoni pizza , papas mojos and 8 pieces of chicken online and whe I picked up my order and came home I realized that they gave me cheece pizza no peperoni. I called the restaurant and all they did was telling me excuses that that is the order that they received that I placed the order like that and I'm looking at my order and I never put cheece pizza only and instead of helping me what the assistant manager Neida was argue with me and NOT help me at all !! I demand my money back I will go to every social media and put this resrurant as thiefs and they advertised something else that what you are promised.
