Shakespeares Den Stole My Money

Ordered 2 items at Christmas. Cheapest one was sent, but Shakespeare's Den never shipped the expensive one and charged my credit card. I have made repeated attempts to either get a refund or my merchandise. They do not respond to emails, USPS mail or answer the phone.If you call, there will be a recording and they do not call back.They were very clever to ship the cheapest item so i did not stop payment on the credit card; then they never shipped the other. BE WARNED- this place is a scam.Shame on them for taking advantage at Christmas.SHAKESPEARE'S DEN IS A SCAM!

Refuses to deliver purchased item.

STAY AWAY FROM SHAKESPEARE\'S DEN!

It is now thirty days since I posted this complaint and Shakespeare\'s Den has been completely unresponsive to my follow up attempts to get them to deliver the product I purchased.

This is an unethical, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible company.

I placed an order with this company before Christmas and they sent me the wrong product, charged my credit card for the wrong product, and then they refused to respond to my e-mails and my phone messages to provide a resolution to their mistake. Is this the kind of company with which you would want to do business??? They finally responded, weeks later, with excuses about being out of town for the holidays, problems with their internet services, etc.; and promised to resolve the situation and send me the product for which they were paid. Two weeks since that promise and still no resolution! My advice to you is to stay out of Shakespeare's Den if you expect to receive the product you purchase and anything resembling basic customer service. They do not keep their promises!!!

My experience is much the same. I ordered two lockets before Christmas and they did not deliver, nor have they answered my emails. There is also no name listed on the website to whom one might address complaints.
