Shaffer Concrete-failed to start on time and cost me hundreds $$
- - Contractor pushed the start date back, blaming weather.
- - Missed the date; I called another contractor for an emergency quote and paid hundreds more.
This guy kept pushing the project start date out later and later and blamed the weather. Then when he didn't hit the date originally agreed upon (and conveniently forgot that he gave me a start date), I called a competitor and got a price for an "emergency job" due to a party I had forthcoming.
When Shaffer Concrete found out I called this second contractor, he told me he was no longer interested in "my work" and completely screwed me. I ended up paying hundreds more for the second contractor to complete the job in the next two days.
