Jessica at Shady Rays customer service has taken great care of the one question that I had problem is resolved.

I made a purchase of they where the Kyle Busch Color Rush polarized sunglasses at the price of $124 two days later I receive an email from Shady Rays to celebrate their 13 year anniversary with 30% and the Kyle Busch Color Rush polarized sunglasses where now on sale for $84 this was my reason for sending the email in which Jessica at Shady Rays customer service was extremely helpful and helping me out with this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I spoke to a person on the phone after many months of trying to find the phone number to a person in my area and time zone.

My son is enjoying his shades in TX.

Thank you so very much. He really needed them.

I have tried to get ahold of someone to get a repback in. I think it was September October.

I was given a link to move forward with a replacement and took a picture of the glasses. I was unable to. Send the pictures requested due to a link that was sent to me was not working.I tried you let you guys know, but no one ever has called me back.And if you have it's possibility that the time zone is an issue. I live in California and I get off at work at 210 I was home by 240.

Try to make a call and you. Your company was already closed. This is not convenient when there is a problem. Please hire other people on the West Coast for customer service.

Also, please get ahold of me ASAP. I. Would like to have a replacement for the shady rays. If you look on the notes from previous you'll probably discover which one I need replacing.

Replacement

We love our shades and appreciate the replacement policy. My son had his replacements twice.

Unfortunately, the first pair and the second pair snapped at the nose bridge, on different sides for each of them. My only complaint was getting a hold of someone for the replacement who is on the west coast. It took me over 6 months the second time.

The first time, it was within the month. Anyway, the item was replaced, and I was able to ship them to my son at school in a different state.

It'svery hard to get a hold of anyone if you live on the west coast. I had to call during my lunch break to get my problem resolved.

I have been trying since Aug 2024 and it's now Feb 2025. I was sent a link with an approved replacement. But it didn't work. Just know that there is a fee for replacement.

Not FREE. Maybe because this is the 2nd time we are requesting a replacement. I can't remember if this was ask the first time. I am happy now with a replacement on the way.

Have your information in a safe place. But know that they can look you up too.

Cracked frame repair

My ShadyRays prescription glasses frame cracked at the thinnest point of the frame. I contacted customer service and they sent me a prepaid stamp to return the glasses for repair.

They were replaced and sent back to me in a timely manner. Thanks again ShadyRays

Coating started coming off of lenses while wiping with a soft cloth.Called back several times and got tired of being on hold.Decided to just throw sunglasses away and order new ones from another manufacturer.
