Hardly used the torch and already it will not hold a charge
I bought the torch several months ago. The first 2 or 3 times I used it, it was amazing. However, now I have not used it for a while and although the charging light shows green, it will not work.

The battery doesn't charge
The Lithium battery doesn't seem to charge and I left it on charge for 24 hours when I plugged it in the plug on the side was blue and never turned green tried it again and the plug on the side of the adapter is red I don't use the flashlight very much it hasn't been dropped put in water or anything like that so what is going on

Flashlights change bright to strobe by shaking it
Flashlight changes bright to strobe by shaking it. They have barely any use and multiple flashlights broken when trying to use. The light cycles through just by shaking the flashlight under normal movement.

Switch problems with X800
I have had my Shadowhawk X800 for less than 1 year. The switch device stopped working, in that it's falling through the support housing.
And it's not on 1 only, I bought 5 and 2 are malfunctioning. I need replacement parts, please.

My flashlight broke

In need of repair
I need the glass covering of the LED on my x800. I'm referring to the glass that is inside the sliding sleeve that covers the light bulb.
The original one fell out and is no where to be found. How do I get one? I'm not sure how this could happen but I was riding my bike using it to light my way when I heard it hit the pavement. Please contact me at this email address thetuch@***.com or my cell phone 303-868-****.
The shadowhawk x800 is not much good to me without this part.
Until it feel apart I was more than happy with it inspite of YouTube videos to the contrary. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

A Rip Off
Purchased a Shadowhawk X800 Tactical Flashlight. Not cheap in price, but very cheap in quality.
The inner part of the flashlight (which house the battery cartridge and the contact button with the spring and light bulb literally fell apart after second use. I contacted the company several times, both by telephone and e-mail. Unfortunately, it was outside the 30 day warranty period and the Company was not willing to do anything about it, notwithstanding that it was only the second time the the flashlight was being used. I sent pictures of all the parts so that the company could see that the flashlight was not abused.
It was just a cheap product that was sold at a luxury price.
Save your money. Neither a quality company nor a quality product.
