Ordered a pair of Ray-Bans from ShadesDaddy (SD). Never received the merchandise.

Contacted and they said it was my problem, not theirs. I filed a dispute with my credit card company (CCC) and they immediately call me and told me they were going to fix the issue, including refunding in full if they don't find the merchandise quick. Call them again a week later and they told me that the CCC had already refunded in full. That nothing else was to be done and that they considered the case closed.

Then I found out via letter from CCC company that they fought the dispute and my refund was reverted.

By the time I responded to the CCC, it was too late and SD does not answer my calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.

20 days - No update - No Shipment

It has been 20 days since I made an order on Shadesdaddy.com and they charged my credit card immediately. However, there has been absolutely no update despite the fact that I sent three emails to their support email and tried calling them.

Their website says phone support is not available and I have no idea how else to contact them other than sending emails, which they do not reply.

Please stay away from this website. I have no idea how to get back my money or my product.
