- There was a penny pending charge and the full amount pending the same day.
- Shades of Light says penny falls off in 3-5 days, then full charge posts.
Ticked off about a purchase! Is this a normal business practice?
They did a pending purchase for 1 penny more and then they did a pending purchase for the actual amount the same day. I called the Shades of Light and they said they do a pending amount that will fall off in three to five days and then they do the transaction amount.
How is this legal? This reduces my available balance until the one pending charge falls off: thankfully, I have enough in my account, but what if I didnt.
- I lost use of my 1116 until pending drops

Lights don't hang correctly
- The first shipment was smashed and a replacement was sent.
- They don't hang right; they'll review and send return labels for a full refund.
Yes the first shipment one was completely smashed so we got a replacement but we hung them and my husband is a electrician and they just don't want to hang right , so I explained to the women I talked to and she said they would have to review and send me labels to send back for a full refund! Thank you
