Shadden Tire? It should be Shady Tire

Called ahead 2 weeks for an appointment, they won't take it. I describe what I want done and was told "bring it in first thing and we can complete it in a day, easy". I bring it in, there is only one person in front of me so I am thinking this will be fine. I leave the car and get a ride to work. Around 2:30pm I CALL THEM as I asked them to look at the brakes and let me know what needed fixed. They answer and say they just got it on the rack, at 2:30pm. I guess getting there early doesn't mean anything to them. When I get there at 5pm, brakes not looked at, tires not rotated but the alignment is done. Who does an alignment before rotating the tires? They wanted me to bring it back the next day to get it finished. No thanks! Still had to pay for the alignment though. Clearly they care more about the bottom line than customer service.
