Scam
This site is false and misleading. I cancelled my membership and continued to receive charges to my credit card after demanding that they eliminate my info and membership.
Their customer service reps email me that I must be mistaken, they had reimbursed me, did not charge me, and I could only have received charges after entering certain paid areas on the site. What BS! I contacted them several times when monthly charges appeared 4 months in a row long after I had ceased using their site. They charge through Yipopac.com.
They recently told me I must be confused about receiving charges from them.
I have referred the matter to my bank for resolution. Scammers!
Grabbed my Profile
As a rare genuine female I joined, ( I had been a member some 6 years back and it was successful) no sooner had I uploaded my basic profile and photo I was thrown out of the site unable to log back in!
I suspect my pic and profile have been hijacked without my permission and now active in the far east!
I await a response after I have emailed customer support but have no expectations of any reply. I'm just thankful I did't get carried away and supplied my credit card details.
Back to Adult Friend Finder or Fab Swingers where there are at least some genuine people on there to meet.
Dating Profile Review
it wont let me change my location on my profile...and i want to talk to customer representive on phone..my # is 330915****
I believed they di not open a site to lose all those earnings.
I only messaged, 13 girls regularly, but never met any of them. They were poor, but they had profiles on all of the related sites. The reason I searched for their scams is because on 3 of their sites, they took my money, but they did not honor their "100 free days" promotion.
The girls always gave me different names, so I think I received the names of the different models, who impersonated the women on the profiles, If those were their real pictures.
They would go silent, so I would buy another profile to have those same women talk to me, but disappear without a trace after a few months. I kept buying profiles because I thought they were Real.
Call me the New Sheriff of Cyber Crime. Nobody should get scammed. I am using the power of the internet so all sites will respect customers' money.
I did not post a pic on my profile because with my picture, I would receive a lot of SPMAM. No picture, I was only messaged by serious women or so I thought.
I was charged $35 and received nothing but pain and misery.
I present you with a question. Would you spend 35 hard-earned dollars on a sex dating website that, after you had purchased the most expensive "Platinum" membership the site offers, you discover is so pockmarked with annoying ads and sell-ups that you feel like you have gotten duped into joining a scam web site? Whether you wax masochistic or wane sadistic, please read about my experience of being duped by the god-awful Sex Search site. Below are four of my primary complaints about Sex Search, though a book could be written on what distinguishes this dubious adult dating pay-site from the ones offering tangible dating services.
(1) Sex Search is a Grandma’s Quilt of Flash Ads and Pop-ups: Your nearly every mouse click ignites brutal popups—those really annoying ones that are not stopped by ordinary popup blockers—that are auto launched into your browser window without any warning to the member of Sex Search. Again, this “benefit” comes with their most expensive membership of $35. Doing something as innocuous as saving your personal settings immediately opens up a secondary window with some "cam chick" doing her thing while her scratchy iPod tunes scream out songs that inspire thoughts of old and budget challenged European ***. The unsuspecting “Platinum” or Gold member, hoping to find a datable girl to chat with, instead is forced to glare at an underfed, half-naked waif chew gum while sleepily rocking back and forth to the musical equivalent of fecal matter. Furthermore, and again, without any clicking or prompting, you’ll suddenly see one of those disabling screen blocking ads that takes over your entire monitor window and keeps it frozen. There are no X-buttons in the corner of this ad for closing it. At this point you’re already hurting, but Sex Search’s sadistic plans for dishing you even more pain takes the form of (metaphorical) fisting device. As the mechanical fist jams even farther into your corn-hole you are launched into another sex-related website you did not plan to visit. My suspicion is that Sex Search is earning even more ill-gotten money in the form of the “kickback pennies” given to them each time some unwary person gets tricked into clicking on one the ads.
(2) Misleading links: They are EVERYWHERE on this site. You click on a link suggesting female members of Sex Search are actually on web cams near you (not a banner add, but what looks like part of your home page). If you are a trusting person like I am you click on the link, you are transported like a prisoner to one of the plethora of *** web cam sites out there. You do NOT receive any membership benefits at the cam site launched. It’s just as if you clicked on a banner add disguised as a membership perk.
(3) Ads, Ads, and More Ads: From the top to bottom, this is the worst ad-covered site I have ever visited. There is everything from the *** films annoyingly playing (with very loud sound) in small non-closeable boxes around your monitor screen's perimeter to those good old banner ads that link you to other sex/dating sites. I can totally understand having all this patchwork of advertizing splashed all over a website if it is advertised as free: I am aware like most are that the borderline criminals who generate such sites, well, hey, the need some scratch, too. But when you become a member at the high price of $35 a month, you expect those ads and other annoyances to be partially if not totally disabled. Not so at Sex Search, whose malignant, singular purpose is to deceive customers and then fleece them for just long enough to earn a tidy profit at the customers’ expense. It would not surprise me if the entire site were run by renegade computer nerds in rural Kazakhstan and funded by low-level Russian mobsters.
(4) Watch Out for Those Pesky Check Boxes: To top it all off, Sex Search is yet another of the many sites out there whose ownership/mafia-based backers just can’t resist the temptation to insult and rip off unwary purchasers. Unless you have eagle eyes and go through the sign up process very thoroughly, you will get a trial membership to “VideosZ” automatically billed to your credit card. If you don't call Epoch (or whatever billing service was used for your purchase) and beg them to cancel the membership you were tricked into purchasing, you will get nailed for a full price subscription to the mediocre (and obviously greedy) VideosZ ***-video site. I requested a refund for this act of thievery on Epoch using their chat service, and the membership services chat representative told me “too bad” and closed the chat window before I could even think about asking to see the manager. I eventually called Epoch and they refunded the trial membership to VideoZ that I was bamboozled into buying in the first place. How kind of them.
The long and the short on the adult dating website Sex Search? Well, if you like getting overcharged, enjoy being assaulted by relentless advertising, and shriek with glee upon discovering you have been tricked into paying for membership to mediocre video site VideosZ, then by all means, hand Sex Search your hard-earned 35 bucks like I was foolish enough to do. If you don't like being made to feel like a disgruntled ham-fisted *** man-child who just got taken for a ride, save your money for one of the other sex dating sites. Do be keenly aware, though, that Sex Search is but one pathetic minnow swimming in a festering sea of adult scam sites. You would do your wallet a solid by choosing not to join any of them. Come to think of it, why not save up for budget *** Even if your sexual experience turns out to be slightly less than satisfying, it would by comparison be a monumental masturbatory improvement over *** your money into the coffers of the deplorable scam website that is Sex Search.
I found this site and other like sites are scams.
Even though I didn't drop money into this or other like sites, thankfully, I still found them to be extremely misleading to the max. As a free member, gold status, I still found that there were too many fake ads "tested and verified" as such.
These are there for the sole purpose of sending alerts and/or filling in the blanks in the matches menus.
So, never upgrade on these sites for both the above reasons and also for the reason that the administrators will reset your option back to the auto-renew once you remove it. After all they do have your id and password.
SexSearch.com sucks
I am a paid silver member of sexsearch.com. Today I did a search, clicked on 10-12 female members I might be interested in and could not access ANY of their profiles. All I got was the "upgrade to Gold member page". Every time!
I am tired of SexSearch's multiple technical problems, including a recent search function problem that returned NO female members within 25 miles of Los Angeles, the current no access to profiles problem, and member pages that never load problem. In fact, I have had nothing but technical problems and bugs with the SexSearch.com site since I became a paid member 2 weeks ago!
Adult Dating Sites are Scams under Fraudulant Advertising!
All these sex dating sites advertising under the "Get Laid Tonight for Free" headlines are scams. Plain and simple! They are nothing more than fruadulant services of the *** industry designed to rob people of their money. Allow me to explain...
I've been studying these sites for a little over two years now and I find the same similarities with them. Even though there are many other consumer complaint reports out there, I'm going to post mine in detail to explain these sites, how they work, and hopefully keep many of you from giving your hard earned money to these fraudulant companies.
For starters, the ads on other sites. They all claim the same thing; "Find sexy singles looking for sex near you" "Find hot women looking for sex near you" "Get Laid Tonight for FREE" "Find a *** Buddy in -name of your city- and Get Laid for Free" Etc... It's all the same. They lure you in with the false promise of meeting people and getting laid under the ultimate lure, FREE! Who's going to turn down something free? Not many very many people. First off, these sites ARE NOT FREE! They advertise free because it is indeed free of charge to register an account with them, post photos, and create a personal profile for others to search and see. But that's about as far as FREE goes! The use the site itself for the advertised purpose will cost you a monthly fee ranging anywhere from $20 - $35 on average. You cannot view other members profiles, you cannot send other members e-mails, you can't even read the e-mails other members send you unless you upgrade your account. Therefore, NOT FREE! Secondly, these sites are advertising the actual event of you finding someone and having sex with (and this is something that is designed to lure more guys in than anything, I mean, how many guys out there are going to turn down an easy piece of ***? not many) But seriously, guys, ask yourselves this: Do you really think that there really are millions and millions of women out there who are going to give it up that easily? That they are willing to sleep with strangers they meet online who they only know for a matter of hours or days? Yeah, I'm sure my neighbor is just dying to meet some guy online tonight to invite him over and give him a shot of ***. . . whatever. . . Try craigslist if you're really looking for that. You'll probably have a better shot there and it wont cost you a penny.
In conjunction with the FREE issue, here's how many of these sites go about getting you to upgrade and pay the membership fee. These guys aren't *** and they know that not everyone is going to automatically pay the membership fee once they have created their "FREE" profile. The reality is that most people expect free so when they don't get free they just don't bother. But that's bad for business, so what do these sites do lure people back again? They automatically start sending you countless e-mails from all these members who are supposedly interested in chatting, hooking up, and even meeting in person right off the back. So when you're bombarded with all these messages from good-looking people who you think you might have a shot with but you can't read or reply to those messages, of course most people are going to upgrade. THEY GOTCHA! Except once you upgrade all the messages slow down or completely stop comming. And the messages that you replied to, well, chances are you wont get a reply back. I experienced this same scenario on sexsearch.com, amateurmatch.com, adultfriendfinder.com, xxxblackbook.com, fling.com, wildmatch.com, and countless others; most of which are no longer existing sites. The funny thing is that in a few of these sites I didn't even have a complete profile set up before the e-mails, flirts, meet invites, and friend invites started comming in. How is it possible for me to get so many women interested when all I have is a half-assed profile set up with minimal information and not even a picture of myself? Pure ***! I also noticed that once my paying membership stopped the e-mails started pouring in again. Amazing how I get few messages and interested females when my account is upgraded and showing up at the top of search results, yet I get about 78 times many more women taking interest and sending me messages once my membership expires and I go to the end of the line on search results. Something here doesn't smell fishy, it reaks more like rotten anchovy's *** if you ask me! And the thing is that many of these messages were all pretty generic in a sense. It was always the "Hey! I saw your profile and you seem like someone I might be interested in. Check my profile out if you're interested. Hope to hear from you soon." That was it. And it was the same for about 96% of all the messages I would get.
Next is the existance of fake profiles on these sites; and this goes back to the point I just mentioned about women giving it up that easily. These sites are infested with fake profiles, primarily female profiles. I never tried getting a hold of or checking any guys on the sites but I'm sure it's bad there too, although maybe not as much. Now I'm sure there are a few real profiles, but not many. And there are several ways to spot which ones are the fake ones, unfortunately, not every fake profile can be easily identified using what I'm about to mention. First being the photos. If the photos look like professionally done photoshoot for a magazine, it's fake. If the background doesn't look like the average person's house; i.e. too neat, clean, orginized, and preppy like that of a soft *** photo set or studio, it's fake. Second being the description. Some profiles have semi-detailed descriptions that sound more realistic; they state what they have to offer, what they're looking for, and what they are not. Of course that doesn't make it real, but others are way too brief and others are just plain funny. For example, while I was checking out the site XXXBlackBook.com, I came across many of these. The one that I found hysterical was for a Hispanic woman in her mid 30s. Her bio was short and hilarious: "I am an illegal immigrant and I love to *** ***." I kid you not, that was it other than the one bad quality photo of herself. Now seriously, what woman is going to come to the US illegally, register on one of these sites, and identify herself like that saying something like? That's just pathetic! Also, keep an eye out for sites where the profiles are nothing more than a big picture. As in, the entire profile is an image and not a page with indiviual images and blocks of text. I came across one such site a couple years ago. The site is now shut down but the site's profiles where nothing but one big image. You could seriously right-click and save the entire profile as a JPEG file.
Now there are many who reply to posts like mine talking about their success with these sites and how these sites do tell you that there are fake profiles on their sites. Let me tell you something about those people first. They are nothing more than representatives of these fraudulant sites. They go around the internet and find reports like mine and post trying to state the oppisite of what people like me are saying. Why? Because reports like mine are bad for business. It's bad for them that there are some of us who are not so dumb and ignorant and are willing to take the time to inform other consumers of their fraudulant services. Back to the fake profiles issue; yes, all these sites do state in their Terms of Service that there are fake profiles on the sites, that they cannot guarantee which profiles are fake or which one were posted by the actual person being depicted. Etc... All those statements in their TOS are nothing more than the clauses that keep you from taking any legal action against them for their fruadulant service. Bottom line, they are telling you in a sugar-coated, legal way, that they are providing a fraudulant service. Plain and simple!
Now here's the proof that these sites themselves are responsible for these fake profiles. A few months ago I was living in Montana and while going through AmateurMatch.com I came across a profile for a pretty hot 20 year old girl from Bozeman, MT. This was back in August, now it's December and I now live in Colorado. While going through the same site again I came across the same profile, same picture and same description. The difference, this time the girl was 29 years old and now lived in Ft. Collins, CO. Worst of all, this was one of the "Featured Members" posted on the home page immediately after logging in. The thing about many of these profiles is that they work in the same way that their ads work; there are scripts running on these pages that access your browser and read the cookies on your computer and identify the geographical location of the connection and identify your ZIP code. Once they locate your ZIP and identify what town/city you're in, it places that location or other nearby towns/cities on the ad and in this case, the profile that you're viewing. Plain and simple again, you've been had thinking that you found a hot date that lives nearby and the reality is that she doesn't nor does she have any interest in meeting you.
So with all that said, I hope many who read this haven't already given your hard earned cash to these theives who run these sites. And if you've unfortunately already done so, spread the word and let others know of the scam that these sites are running and to NOT, under any circumstance, NOT give in to giving them any money. Link to this article and spread the word.
There really are no FREE Dating sites for Adults!!
I have signed up for every adult dating site that I can find and I have yet to find a totally FREE site. They all let you register for free or make a profile for free, but every one of them make you pay to play. ALL FALSE ADVERTISING.
Why isnt there a truly FREE site for consenting Adults? The prostitution and sex eploitation of minors can be filtered out. In todays world of technology there is no excuse.
A totally FREE site can be created that takes little or no human oversight except in the programming of the site.
Lets create such a site. Contact me at sticksray06@***.com and we will pool together and make it happen...unless you just like paying to be around and associate with people just like tourself. I know I don't!

You are trying to pick up girls online rather than women, that is sick and I have forwarded this review to my local police department. You should be going after women not girls. Sicko.
