Dissatisfied

I made a special effort to visit the store in Covington. I was delightfully pleased with the repairman who was very kind and considerate, unlike the owner, Sammy, who is very arrogant. He Spoke down to me as Though I was an ignorant person taking up his time by wanting to purchase two machines from him and having the nerve to ask him questions regarding those machines. So I found another Juki dealer In Louisiana Who did not consider my business a waste of his time.

User's recommendation: Although sewing stores are on a decrease, and I strongly recommend supporting brick-and-mortar stores, it’s not worth being treated like an inconvenience by the owner.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

5 STARS... What great people!!! I do not have enough words to describe the great customer service, great products and great prices. I am recommending Sewing Machine Outlet to all all my sewing friends! Thanks for such an easy transaction. The Brother 5234PRW is the top of the line Brother. I would not sew, serge or embroider with any other brand!!! Sammy and Edith were helpful and responded back immediately to my questions, even on the weekend when they were closed! I could not be more pleased!! I will be buying all of my machines from them in the future. I have a Dream Machine, ScanNCut and 5234PRW. I am one lucky lady!!

I paid for and item they then called said I owed more

I ordered a sewing cabinet from SEWINGMACHINEOUTLET.COM my credit card was charged. I emailed a couple days later to see when it would be shipped a saleman named Sammy called and said there was a problem with my order I owed more. I told him i would NOT pay more to cancel my order. He called today to say I owed more and he then proceded to say your the one *** and copmplaining about the price.How can stores post a price, then tell you to pay more when you then complain tell you that you are ***?
