Doesn’t Fit
I ordered an insert for my machine. It doesnt work even though it is supposed to be custom.
I have called and sent pictures as requested and the problem has yet to be resolved. I have wasted over 100 dollars. The last set of pictures I sent the response was that they have sent this out to other customers and have had no problems.
It cant work on an embroidery machine. Know your own product!!!
