Order no s164463 returned 20April have proof of postage and delivery. Have not heard from SEVENTHSTITCH yet and already into 15 days of returns period.

Payment query
- - PayPal Pay in 3 won't connect to the retailer; three payments remain pending.
- - The support phone number on the site is invalid.
3 times I have attempted to pay for an item using PayPal Pay in 3 but each time the payment wouldn't connect to the retailers to be finalised . There are 3 identical pending transactions on my bank account for the 1 item.
Please could you help to resolve this issue. I have tried contacting you with the number shown on your website but when I dial that number it says Number not valid
