Sent item back on 28 may and they received on 30 may. Got a text saying it was received and a refund will back in my bank account by 5-10 days its now 19 march No refund.
Sent email to no response.
Keep well away from this company no customer service or support shocking. Paid through PayPal so having to get them now to get my money back

Ordered 2 items through Klarna, received no thanks for your order or confirmation & Sevenstore just refuse to communicate. Live chat says in excess off 10 mins, I waited 45 before giving up. Absolutely ignored by Sevenstore, not even reply to emails.
