- - Mia is rude and voicemails are emailed back.
- - Insurance allows returns for the correct size.
For a mother with children and a mommy club this had to be spread that seven sling is a horrible company

Very disappointing
- - Ordered almost a month ago and not received.
- - Shipped to the wrong country; the company blames the address though there is proof.
Don't waist your time and money on seven slings. I ordered mine almost a month ago and still have not seen it. The company mailed it to the wrong country.....???
They say I put in the incorrect address. But my pay-pal receipt proves the address I listed was correct and the bill I approved was for local postage that they later upped to an international shipping cost.
They don't even bother to look into the issue or the details when I complain. Just keep saying I put in the wrong address despite the fact that I can prove otherwise.
I have now spent more on shipping fees than I did on the sling and still don't even have the thing.

SEVEN EVERYDAY SLINGS

- - I bought a sling of poor quality and could not get a refund.

This company is a lie!!!!!! They send you coupons you can use to buy their baby products with discount.
So you basically pay only the fee for shipping, handling (and if you want, exchange). This is what I did. It turned that bought a sling and I was not happy with its quality (poor quality). I tried to return it and have my money back, but they refuse to accept the return and give my money back.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't be fooled by their coupons!!! Most likely you will hate the product but will be stuck with it!!!
