Several weeks ago i ordered an NFL watch for my Grandson. After a few weeks waiting for it, I emailed ssles@***.com and asked when I could expect it.
After they checked I received and email saying they were out of stock and would refund my money. A week later I emailed them asking about my refund. Who ever was emailing me was VERY unprofessional, all small letters like a text from a kid. They very rudely stated "I said it would be refunded the 12-17" that didnt happen.
They have no intention to give me my money back.
They are thieves!! No doubt about that.

This is a disreputable company. I placed an order on 1/19/15; for t-shirts that were intended as birthday gifts--the birthday was 2/2/15.
The shipping charge amounted to 31% of the order total. No communication at all from company. I contacted, by email, as instructed on receipt, with order # asking what had happened to order? Would it be fulfilled?
When? Etc. NO response. Finally received on 2/6/15.
NO communication from company. I did USPS calculation of postage; $5.25. I paid $11.90 postage. I contacted PayPal, I unwisely paid for it through PayPal; they resolved in vendor's favor.
BOTH COMPANIES ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED; PAYPAL AND H E LONG COMPANY.
By the way, physical address, which was on the box that the ordered arrived in, is a house in the country.
NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am furious that this company (7 Deals) has not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them regarding returning hub caps that do not fit. 7 Deals claims to have a return policy on the website that says returns must be made within a certain time window and to contact them for instructions about making the return.
This is a complete scam. I will never shop on this website again and will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. You'll notice from the website that the phone number is mysteriously missing.
It seems the customer service department is as well.
ALWAYS BUY WITH PAYPAL!
I purchased my item on March 21st, 2013. It was not marked as shipped until March 28th, 2013.
Two days after (nice April Fool's joke you losers), it was marked as DELIVERED; even though it had to ship from Nowhere, Ohio, to Houston, Texas. However, I was wise enough to pay through Paypal and not give these chicken heads my credit card info. I submitted a complaint to Paypal, and they told me HE Long has 10 days to respond to why I didn't get my item or I would get my money back. Promptly 3 days later my item arrived in the condition I assumed it would be without the hassle: clean and serene.
I don't know if this was just a case of outrageous shipping (not to mention it was $5 for the BASE SHIPPING) or if Paypal scared them into place (I checked and Paypal emailed them four times) but I got my item in the end. Quite possibly they actually had the item-but never intended to ship it.
The only online business I do is from Amazon and Ebay, so I expect higher quality from an e-tailer than this.
If you see an item from seven deals that you want, I INSIST you check for it on Ebay/Amazon first, and if you buy through seven deals USE PAYPAL! They will save you the 99.95 that the other reviewer lost (thankfully mine was 1/4th of that cost).
Ordered product $99.95. DIDN'T RECEIVE!
Ordered a product for $99.95 Sept 9th. Sept 11th I got a phone call from somebody referred to as Mike Long asking for unit #.
I gave it to him because I forgot to put it in my shipping address info and he told me it would be delivered end of that week or beginning of this week. I questioned it because there was no way too track package like all other websites have. I called many times to ask questions and emailed several times and got no response after that Tuesday call about unit number. Went on the review site this morning and saw all but *** no good reviews!
I called my cc company and am now disputing that charge. I got my $ back and he won't get ***! What an ***! But I'm partly to blame because I fell for it.
:( Should have known better and saw the signs of no responses and no way to track the package as a sign. oh well.
Got my money back and no watch! don't order through www.sevendeals.com or H E Long Company!
HE Long - SevenDeals
I recently posted a complaint about HE Long Company / SevenDeals.com. These two companies are one in the same out of Morrow, Ohio. I ordered a product from them and the UPS tracking came back showing my product being delivered to a complete stranger. I contacted the company several tikes and tried to work through Google Checkout to get it resolved with no luck.
After some work, I was able to retrieve my product from the other party involved only to discover that HE Long / SevenDeals had switched the high end product with a cheap asian toy product. All attempts to contact them through their website fail because once they have your money, you get nothing.

I ordered product from SevenDeals and they were fast in taking my money, then the *** shipped my product to some stranger in Altoona Iowa. Apparently the internet lets the *** out of the bag to screw with people anyway they want.
Already reported them to the Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Ohio Attorney General. I would suggest everyone taken by these people do the same thing. E-mailed them and no response, contacted UPS and there is nothing they can do... I'm off to Ohio to dish out a can of whoop-***!
Take my money and not give me my product...

In March of 2008, I ordered $48.85 in merchandise. After an extended period of waiting for the shipment, I tried contacting them without success.
They would not answer their phone or e-mail. I reported the circumstances to my credit card company (Mastercard) and they covered my loss. After reading the many reviews on this company, I realize they are crooked. I will always investigate each company I order from for the first time in the future.
Also, I will utilize Pay Pal, or their equivalent when I place an order, if possible.
I wonder why the FTC or other trade organizations haven't taken action against them, or is it not in their jurisdiction???
Never Recieved My Order !!!!
I placed an order on 10-22-08 , My Visa card was debted right away and i recieved an e-mail stateing that recieved my order and i as charged for my item.
I have tried calling several times , only to get a recorder, I left my name number and item number to get NO response.
Here it is 4-4-08 Tryed calling again today did even get there recorder.
So my view of all this is DO NOT ORDER from H.E. Long - SEVEN DEALS COMPANY.
you will not recieve your item only to get money taking.
I lost for words how people could do business like this.
PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED!
On December 08, 2007 I ordered an online gift with from www.sevendeals.com in Ohio. The order was GURANTEED Christmas delivery and I was counting on it for my three nephews. I was leaving for my families house on December 20, 2007. Money was immediately taken from my account (approx. $70) and I received an order number. There was never any follow-up from them to verify my order was sent, a tracking number, or any way of knowing when this item was supposedly sent or by what delivery method... or if it was ever sent at all.
Weeks later, the items never arrived. I emailed them and still have never received any reply. Christmas has come and gone. Their website has no phone number, which is rather suspicious. I have not looked on my account, but another consumer noted that a phone number to the company was located there. The money has been taken from from my account, so there must be a way to find this person.
I have emailed them a dozen times and no reply. I even told them they are giving very poor customer service... or should I say NO customer service whatsoever. I have ordered many products from reputable companies online and always received my products promptly and with follow-up from them and shipping confirmation. I have not finished pursuing this issue and will file more complaints or whatever is needed to receive my item or get my money back.
When ordering online, be careful and check to see if the company has a phone number, address and particulars to contact them and also make sure you get shipping information from them. Better yet, use online companies that use Paypal which will keep them a little more honest.
Took MONEY no Product or Responce
This company doesn't even exist as far as i can find and Pay Pal allows these losers to transfer money to their account. These *** heads don't respond to any emails or show that they are in business.
Pay Pal should shut off any ties to these *** heads. I ordered 4 cars for my grand children and it's just a few days fro xmas and no toys and they took my money. OH I'm sorry I meant to say THEY STOLE MY MONEY.
These people should be reported to the Federal Gov't for fraud. I HOPE THEY ROT IN ***
SevenDeals.com No Product-No Response
On 9/17/2007 I placed an order and my AMX Account was charged immediately. I received an EMAIL of order conformation the same day.
I was patient and waited for the product until 10/7/2007 when I sent an EMAIL to 'CSR@***.com' stating that I have not received the order nor any explanation of any delay and have given more than ample time for the delivery. I did get an reply stating the shipment got lost in the mail and asked if I wanted the product or a refund. I replied I would want them to post they credit to my account. I have sent several inquires since but since 10/18/2007 they have not responded.
I have always said I will not order from a company that has no phone number or recourse documented for contacts. I should followed my own advise.
I would suggest you do not order from SevenDeals.com unless you like hassle and getting billed for product you will never get.

I would say no one should do business with this company. They are too difficut to get hold of.

I finally received my package from the party that received it and it had his name and address..... You think I forgot my name, address, city and state. Second, I believe I wrote that I did contact Google Checkout and they were unable to get results as well.

I Googled the address. Looks like they are doing pretty well ripping people off. They live on a nice chunk of property.
Rapid to hit my bank account and send inferior product (wheel covers) that do not fit. All attempts to contact and rectify by refund and return label. People work hard for their money and the only product these crooks should be allowed to make would be license plates.

LOWARJ complaint above is a very vague description of what happened.
On the order form you must put where the item is to be shipped.
If it went to an incorrect address, you must have incorrectly put it on the order form. Or if they sent it to an incorrect address, you would be able to file with the credit card company or google check out and get your money back.
