Settlement Funding Services' Fraudulent Advertising

Outrageous fraudulent advertising by Settlement Funding Services which materially misrepresents on its website that "The sky is literally the limit" when it comes to selling your structured settlement payments. It's an out and out lie. How can the Henderson Nevada company state this knowing that is anyone who sells structured settlement payments will never ever get full value for the payments they sell due to the discounts and profit spread built into such deals. And the sky is not literally the limit as many other annuitants have found out after being stripped of their structured settlement payment rights in serial deals with other companies, the most notable of which made (not involving Settlement Funding Services) the front page of the Washington Post. The other thing I thought was shifty is the image on their Twitter page. The image features a $100 bill being tugged at through a an IPad. However It shows a 2003 or 2005 $100 bill, when the $100 bill was redone 2013. How does a website set up in 2017 use an outdated $100 bill LOL. Not impressed. Avoid.
