This company denied the looting and dosent want to pay
I shipped three boxes for the first time with this company, two of the boxes were looted. When my mother received them, she asked the drivers what had happened, and they answered her, they had given them that way.
I called them to report what happened, and I had to make several calls to start the claim, They asked me for a list of what had been stolen, keep in mind that each box is obligatorily insured for $100.
When they responded, they indicated that they were not going to pay me absolutely nothing, because according to the investigation they had conducted, the company of them had followed all the security protocols
With everything that I send the photos of the damage they did to the boxes, and the list of those that had been lost, a photo is worth a thousand words.
This company has lots of bad reviews everywhere. Maybe it's my fault and I should have found out before I packed my things
They do not want to be responsible for the loss, the value of sending the three boxes cost me $204 including the infamous insurance good for nothing
