Be careful! Sales pitch is wonderful but once you are in a contract customer service is absolutly the worst I have ever encountered.
You rarely can get a human being on the phone to call you back for anything at all. All issues are dragged out for weeks until you get a solution. Most promises are not kept. Terrible way to do business.
I have had Service titan for over a year, and we still have never used it due to so many issues. I will not go live since we can not work out the minor kinks. Furthermore, I am so afraid I will have a real problem, in real time, needing help from a real person immediately, and my experience's they fall short every time.
My customers will be the ones to suffer as well as possibly losing business and stressing out my staff. One of my worst decisions I have made, and I have been in business for over 20Stay Away years now.

Trapped us in contract - Scammers
They send out a few sales guys to fast talk and sell you the services. They show you on their computer.
How easy it will be. They trick you into signing a two-year contract (you don't want to lose your great pricing) you can't see the database yourself or do any training until you sign the contract that you cannot cancel. You can not start anything until you put your bank account in, conveniently for them. We knew right away this wasn't for us.
We tried to cancel before the contract date. There are absolutely no cancelations. No getting out of your contract. They want us to pay two years in full to cancel.
We will never use their product, and we are stuck paying for it. We are a small family company. Husband, Wife, and son. They knew that.
They knew this was way too much for our small company. In fact, years ago they used to tell people under 3 or 4 techs, you're too small for our database. Until they realized they could just sell it to us little guys and make it impossible to cancel when we realize it's too much for our small company. Horrible customer service.
Scam artists. Not only did they trap us in a contract, they were trying to pressure us into adding techs we did'nt have, becuase they charge per technician each month. There are many stories like mine on the internet. Stay away.
Housecall Pro is better. Easier, and doesn't trap you in a contract.
