Taking money from my company

We had sales woman come out talk a good game, told us all kinds of things, then after we sign up then we get told we have to pay for this and that and this also oh and this just to properly use the software. Was not aware of all the extra fees before signing up and now they are saying we have to continue to pay for the full contract term no cancellation unless paid in full. Scam artist

I have been using Service Titan at my previous job for over 5 years... this week I started a new job that also uses Service Titan -- it will not let me (Tammy MacWay) sign in with me password, EVEN AFTER I CHANGED IT -- I am the only one in the office today and I CAN'T DO ANTHING!!! PLEASE HELP

Be careful! Sales pitch is wonderful but once you are in a contract customer service is absolutly the worst I have ever encountered.

You rarely can get a human being on the phone to call you back for anything at all. All issues are dragged out for weeks until you get a solution. Most promises are not kept. Terrible way to do business.

I have had Service titan for over a year, and we still have never used it due to so many issues. I will not go live since we can not work out the minor kinks. Furthermore, I am so afraid I will have a real problem, in real time, needing help from a real person immediately, and my experience's they fall short every time.

My customers will be the ones to suffer as well as possibly losing business and stressing out my staff. One of my worst decisions I have made, and I have been in business for over 20Stay Away years now.

Good morning, My contract is coming up in February and I want to get my service cancelled instead of renewing my contract with ya'll. We just not that happy with the program like we thought we would be. As the owner I have asked my tech and office staff if they are liking how, it benefits them, before making this decision and we all have come to that it's not the right program for our company.

Trapped us in contract - Scammers

They send out a few sales guys to fast talk and sell you the services. They show you on their computer.

How easy it will be. They trick you into signing a two-year contract (you don't want to lose your great pricing) you can't see the database yourself or do any training until you sign the contract that you cannot cancel. You can not start anything until you put your bank account in, conveniently for them. We knew right away this wasn't for us.

We tried to cancel before the contract date. There are absolutely no cancelations. No getting out of your contract. They want us to pay two years in full to cancel.

We will never use their product, and we are stuck paying for it. We are a small family company. Husband, Wife, and son. They knew that.

They knew this was way too much for our small company. In fact, years ago they used to tell people under 3 or 4 techs, you're too small for our database. Until they realized they could just sell it to us little guys and make it impossible to cancel when we realize it's too much for our small company. Horrible customer service.

Scam artists. Not only did they trap us in a contract, they were trying to pressure us into adding techs we did'nt have, becuase they charge per technician each month. There are many stories like mine on the internet. Stay away.

Housecall Pro is better. Easier, and doesn't trap you in a contract.

Can't log in

It is very hard to get in contact with technical support team to get help with the problem about the service it freeze an went it does the volume get lost.All i want is to get in touch with any one just to ask for help to resolve the problem an to get help

I want to use the service but they will not Nadeem the phone. This is not who I would want helping me track hours or none of that. No way. I will not use them at all. Why would I want to pay for something when I cannot reach a real human when I run a business with real human needs. What if someone wants to cancel or continue? You will not be able to get ahold of anyone, the complete opposite of how a business is ran.

Issue with my ServiceTitan job notes

No everybody in my company is having issues with the job notes and opening the history tab the history tab doesnt light up blue like all the other tabs and the ServiceTitan will crash and lock up still

Worst behaviour of incharge

my order reached hub 5 days back i keep asking about it.and hub in-charge wantedly send to another hub..my delivery expecting date also crossed .and they behaved like anger persons,not at all good behaviour,i need my product..2 times i went to hub but they said product is not in the hub expected date also went Yesterday but still my product not undergone out for delivery.i need my product and apologies from hub in-charge.

Not user friendly at all. Have to understand that working men and women use this app. Why iam made to jump through so many hoops just to login is ridiculous, then customer service is no help, I just need to login!!!!!
