Terrible Service

This company is a total train wreck. I scheduled a repair of our Kitchen Aid ice maker. They sent me an email and phone message confirming the appointment. Most normal companies give a four hour service window. These guys gave an eight hour window effectively ruining my whole day. Then at 3pm they had not shown up. I called and they said I was next on the list. At 5pm they still did not show. I called again and of course they were closed for the day. Called the next morning and was left on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Again left on hold. I then called Kitchen Aid customer service. Same results. They never called back to explain. Nor did they call to reschedule. I will never buy any product manufactured by Kitchen Aid or Whirlpool, who owns Kitchen Aid again.
