Vehicle Damage Review

Wow what can I say about this sham of a company minus the fact you shouldn't ever consider using them. Overpriced, terribly organised, and they caused criminal damage to my vehicle and then wouldn't claim responsibility.. Avoid at all costs.

I had my $2000.00 Sony Bravia XBR KGL-52XBR9 52-inch Flat Screen fail in just twenty month's In trying to get it replaced I find out that the so-called $350.00 Sony Extended Service Plan is not a Sony plan but one that Sony has sold to a company named Service Net.

Service Net will not replace it with a XBR series set in fact they told me that I had three choices.

Accept a lower quality set Sony KBL55HX729.

Accept a check for $1575.76 that I do not even know will clear the bank.

They would do nothing.

I'd been waiting for two months now to get my laptop fix. They keep going back to their service tech that doesn't response.

IDIOTS! I'm close of taking their a$$e$ to court for non-performance.

I've just call Service Net try to find out their policy/product turn out their staff have no clues at all.

How could a $2000 insurance turn out become $15XX call no deductible/cost?

I can not imagine a BMW total lost 1 year later offer replace with a Corolla.

Sounds to me like they were trying to do something, you just weren't happy with what they were offering. As a consumer, I could get a very nice, brand spanking new television for $1575. The prices on those things have dropped DRASTICALLY over the last couple of years.
