Service Masters Ac And Heating of Sahuarita

I put in a service order with Landmark Warranty Company for my furnace. Service Masters Sahuarita was dispatched to assess the situation.

Initially, the technician was very informative and jovial. He never voiced any problems he may have had with me or the job at hand. He left saying he’d get back to me after hearing from Landmark. He never left me an invoice, or had me sign anything, which is standard procedure.

Later it was relayed to me by Landmark that Service Masters had chosen not to continue with the job because I had someone, other than a Landmark contractor, do maintenance on my unit several months earlier. I was told that he complained that I was telling him how to do his job. I don’t remember such a conversation, as I shook his hand and thanked him for his time before he left. Upon taking a closer look at the company I found that their reviews are scathing, to say the least, and most of the complaints are similar to my own.

Based upon the information I was able to gather, it is my speculation that Service Masters Sahuarita is scamming home warranty companies.

It appears that they will go out when dispatched, get paid for that call, then they will come up with a reason not to complete the order, even to point of embellishment and fabrication. They may have the credentials for an HVAC business, but they lack the integrity and proper business practices to be operationing as an LLC.

After reading the several angry reviews about this company, I decided that it would not be worth my time to contact them personally, as they clearly do not care nor will they listen.
