They spray lawns when too windy!
SERVICE LTD sprays lawns in neighborhoods when it's too windy. According to the Dept.
of Ag, wind speeds should be 10 mph or less.
They sprayed when 20mph. Gardens, flowers all affected by the spray and no signs put up saying they even sprayed, affecting kids and animals that have no clue.
