Paid my bill and account suspended

I paid my bill the same week I received it. A month later I received another bill.

For over two months and 7 phone calls I have been trying to resolve this issue, even sent proof of payment and then cashing the check. Their customer service keeps giving me the runaround. Saying they will call back and they never do. They basically took my money for the year and suspended my account.

I have names, dates and times I have called.

Always someone is going to call me back. Going on 3 months now and the problem is still not resolved.

Failure to reimburse cost of sewer repairs

I had external sewer line coverage. When my sewer line to the sewer main needed to be replaced, I called and was told I could use my contractor and would be reimbursed if I provided proof the work was actually done and fully paid for.

I got bids for $18,000 - $25,000, did the work, paid for it and sent in all the required documentation. Now they are telling me their subcontractors would do it for $3200 and that's all they are willing to pay me.
