This place charges for repais they don't do
Stay far awayThey are crooks they have some kind of kick backs going on with ajusters or something. I ask my insurance company to take my truck to a collsion repair that I trusted.
I was told they would not accept my Vehicle because it was not driveable. Really! I drove it 15 miles home. They towed it to service king Polaris.
It was Geico's preferred Collision repair center. This so called repair center replaced my racket Pinion Steering column with one from LQK which is a salvage yard. I was told it was cost effective. Well It failed on the test drive.
They never replaced upper and lower control arms where not replaced they are original ones
Both upper control arm bushings are torn and lower control arm ball joints, are leaking.Axle seal and CV Boot Assembly was leaking, Water pump leaking, my Differential leaking, Missing TDR splash guard. Damaged rubber liner. Driver Door handle. Driver window rubber was torn off.
The Paint job service king did was not done right. There are paint runs

Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldnt come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now Im dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from.
Ive brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead its poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now Im have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed.
I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Dont go here of your insurance company trys to refer you here say no Im also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

I hate their customer service! Doreen sucks, and it was her fault my car wasn't fixed the first time.
When they did give me my car, they *** with my coolant and tried *** my car up! They didn't even fix my *** They threw it together for all the money, and they did the bare minimum. I was promised that they would pay for my rental bc of their mistake and did not! Russell lied to me every time he called!
Told me to keep the rental he had sent it to enterprise and that it was paid for! Every time I called enterprise they didnt receive it! O call Russell back and he still lied to my face and said that he
Sent it from his computer he just had to press a button and it was paid for! They ALL KNEW I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER AND YET THEY STILL SCREWED ME!
David was a *** and didnt want to pay what his employee promised me! Then begged me to not write bad review and to not tell customers how bad they are!

Issue with one of your stores
They let my car go with out coolant and they knew and still let me ride out with it like that thinking it was going to mess up and I wouldnt have a car! Well!!!
I have proof that they *** with my coolant and hoses and *** and they didnt even put it on my insurance papers.
They tried it. My bumper still is not fixed!!!

Issue with one of your stores
I hit a deer and the left side of the front was damaged. After hitting the deer it caused damages to my horn as well.
When i was turning my car in i told Dorine the lady at the front about the horn not working, she told me she would make a note of it. The 22nd was the estimate time. On the 16th of November they called and said it was ready. I explained that I was out of town due to family emergency and when I got back I will be there.
Well Tuesday I got paid and they messed up my check and was missing over 500 dollars, Im a single mom of 4 kids, so again i call and tell them the situation, Dorine again said that it was fine! The next week I went to go get my car and my horn still was not fixed. Dorine tried to push me to take my car and they will order a horn and I can come back and they will put it on. Um no I will not take my car the horn is not fixed and my insurance is paying for it.
When I tell her my insurance company said its a safety issue and to not take my car she got real rude and well so did I! Yall are ripping people off and lying and making *** up. So today I go to pick my car up after I was promised that they would pay for my rental, David the manager and Russell lied to me for a week. Saying they sent it in to enterprise and to keep the rental they will fix the issue.
Today they tried to make me pay for my rental and my deductible, I refused, it was yalls fault it was not fixed the first time and then you want to be rude and threaten me, fine go ahead! I only paid $234 for my deductible but only if I didnt write a bad review and not tell people how horrible they are!!! I look at my car they didnt fix the underpinning, the bumper still pops out and the black thing under my light was not popped on! He then threatens me with the police bc they was in the wrong!
David also called me a child for telling people to go somewhere else to get your car fixed! They big mad, I have reached out to an attorney and waiting for them to call back! They are frauds! Dorine kept saying my mans card was declined, so guess what she made

They suck there job and they want respect but dont give it to you! Your employee made the mistake not me!! Its her fault!!! I willl never ever use crash champions or service kings anywhere ever again!!!
Caliber collision will be where I take my car for now on!!! I will not stop until something is done with them at that place! I will call the news my lawyer, the corporate office and let them know everything!!!

I am really disappointed with the work done to my vehicle at this location. I selected this shop being from the preferred shops that works with State Farm.
My vehicle was involved in a car accident that caused my suspension to be severely damaged at the front and back. A new bumper was installed, nothing to the side of the vehicle was repaired nor was the suspension fixed. The managers only thought to the matter was that no issues appeared on their scan tool.
Yet now I had to get new tires due to the suspension being out of spec and causing in even ware to my tires. I feel frustrated and disappointed that $9,910 later my suspension is not safe and over all losing all trust I once had in Service King Collision Shops!

State Farm sent me to your company to get estimate and repairs for my vehicle. I had my car dropped off and asked for my service manager Andrew to have my front end of vehicle looked at because my car was rear ended and during accident my car leaked all its radiator fluid out.
I was told the car would be looked at completely and I would be notified of what was needed to fix it. I told Andrew not to touch my bumper until we knew exactly what was wrong with the front end because of it was something that State Farm would not pay for I would just get the money for the quote and pay for it and just wait on the bumper. I was told that it was only the resivor that needed replaced and State Farm would take care of it. Well it ended up not even being the resivor because when I picked up car after it was supposed to be done.
I drove less then a mile and it started to over heat. I brought the car back and he had it look at again and they said it was a clamp that was loose. So i left again and I drove almost another mile back home and it over heated again. So now Andrew said take it to repair shop that they use so they can look at it and it came back with way more problems then what Andrew said it was.
By this time they had already told State Farm job was complete and he didnt want me calling them and telling them my car has now came back twice which sounded shady to me. Now State Farm nor service king wants to take care of this problem. My problem is with service advisor andrew because he did not do what I asked and now Im stuck with a car I cant drive and this has caused me and my family alot of stress. I talk to area manager monte and he agreed that this was not handled properly and he was trying to see about getting this handled and has yet to do so.
We just got a call today saying they are just towing my car back to me and wont be able to help me. This is not right and someone should be held accountable. I talk to the manager Jeremy and he did nothing but disrespect me and say I was trying to get over on them and Im a con artist and Im from south LA which I didnt know what that meant. Im a honest person and was up front with State Farm and service king.
I brought this up before anyone even touch my car so I dont understand how Jeremy could be so un professional.
I would really appreciate if someone from corporate could call me and explain to me how this could happen and me being treated this way. If your service advisor did his job none of this would even be happening.
Preferred solution: For them to take accountability for there mistake and to fix my vehicle due to their service manager not doing as I asked.

Cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls at the 105 west location in conroe they repaired my truck and had it a month and did not finish it i took it back they said about 3 days it is the 3rd day and they will not answer my calls

My service at Service King #368 Northwest is despicable. My service advisor Colin Murphy has given me about 5 estimates of when my car would be completed.
I'm furious, they have given me about 5 estimates when my car will be repaired and continue to move the date further into the future.
Three of the estimates was for today. They were telling me yesterday that it would definitely be Friday!!! They are a complete disappointment.
I have had my car repaired at the service station near the Navy Yard-Signature Navy Yard-XD. They far exceeded expectations.
This company can't even manage expectations. Service King has given over three different excuses why the car isn't ready.

I was involved in a wreck last month with a lady who had Statefarm. She was at fault so her insurance agreed to cover the cost of the damages and fix our car. So they tell us a couple of places we can take it and we took it to one of the places they mentioned. Okay roger that so we took it to Service King.
1 month later the day our car was supposed to be done we get no call or anything. Service King had been sending my fiance messages telling us our car was at a certain percentage done every other day or so.
We call them after the day it was said to be done and Service King tells us that they cannot finish it because the insurance wont cover the cost because it was "totalled". We asked them why they told us it was almost done and they lied and told us they never sent us those messages instead they had been calling us and leaving voicemails telling us to come in and/or to call the insurance.
We called the insurance and they lied too. They told my fiance that we needed to fill out paper work so we needed to go to the car shop...
We go to the car shop and Statefarm HAD ILLEGALLY HAD OUR CAR TOWED TO A SALVAGE YARD!!!!!!!!! We gave them no consent what so ever!!! Not even verbally.
Service King just let them take it. They didnt even know where they took it when we asked. Why would you let someone tow a car with no written consent????
Statefarm didnt even have the estimate of the cost for our car repairs. Nothing. They didnt even tell us the cost or send an insurance adjuster out to see our car. Didnt ask for photos or anything.
We were kept in the dark the whole time.
I asked Service King for the estimate and looked over it to see that they were going to repair things that had absolutely nothing wrong with them. They wanted to fix our door, a.c. and the radiator?!!??
The wreck only damaged the front right of my car (mostly the light.... See the pic.)
There was nothing wrong with the radiator or the ac. That car was in mint condition.
Needless to say Im infuriated and I LOST MY CAR!!!!!!!
I went to the salvage yard to get my stuff from my car (an hour and a half drive) and there was more damage done to my car than there already was after the wreck!!!!!
Your company is full of cheats and liars.

Yes!! "Service King #082 (ROUND ROCK, TEXAS) gave me the run around TOO!
I ran over something in the road and it busted two of my tires. When my vehicle was towed to "Service King" they said the repairs will cost $8,000!!!! There was no collision, no damage to the body of the vehicle. Only UNDERNEATH!!!
And my insurance company and I paid $8,000, a month AGO!! And they still have my vehicle! collecting dust, dirt and grime.
These businesses needs to be held accountable! There needs to be an organization that gets paid to do the right thing, and not have to worry about businesses opinions or retaliation.
