Have no way of reaching the Company

Cant reach the company by phone to make my payment. It continues to say this number not in service. All numbers also under their website states the same thing when trying to call them. Very annoying when you want to pay a bill and all of sudden you cant.

User's recommendation: Notify customers if their company is changing or notify customers of new phone numbers.

Can not get a payoff amount, to payoff my account ,

Still trying to get the payoff, to pay my account. Unable to reach by phone or mail. Very disappointed with this company.

User's recommendation: No communication. Very hard to reach the phone numbers don’t work.

I called for the payoff of my account and told it was $8009.55. I immediately sent the check and it was debited from my account on October 25th.Today on October 12th I received a billing statement stating I still owed $7963.99 and 206.54 is due in 3 days October 15th. Here is this companies modus operandi in my opinion. If you don't let them screw you they'll try and ding your credit in some way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKED OR EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT.Do

I just needed to ask a question. I had a difficult time researching to get a number to call. The customer service person I spoke with was very kind and helpful. I suggest Service Finance Company, LLC include company contact numbers (phone, email, web site) on the billing page so there is no need to search for them.
