They damaged my mailbox and now refuse to repair or replace it

On 10/21/16 Servall completed a project for the Woodbridge neighborhood. Upon completing the project the driver of the Servall truck backed over my mailbox. They didn't even leave a note, they just set it back up and drove off. Now the owner refuses to repair or replace the mailbox that his employees damaged. Repeated calls to the owner have gone unanswered. He has asked for my address 4 or 5 times even though he or a company representative came out to take pictures of the damage that the company truck inflicted on my mailbox. Deal with this company only if you want your personal property destroyed.

Customer service

James Guthery has a very poor attitude and is not very professional. He is short with customers and abrasive. He never followed up when I asked for an estimate for what it took to cover about an acre and a half. He said he was with a customer and would call in 10 minutes but never called me back. Other people I know have had the same experience. He seemed to have the time to unload his personal issues to me and also on the phone in front of myself and other customers. I have since done business with other companies and completed my project from a great company. Sincerely, Lost Customer

Received a bad product

I purchased 4 pallets of sod from ServAll Contractor Services in Plano, TX. One of the pallets i purchased turned out to be bad, mostly dead or full of weeds with little grass. The other 3 pallets turned out fine, but only had issues with 1 pallet. When I attempted to contact the business to receive a replacement or refund they sent out the manager, James, to inspect the grass. He stated that it looked like I didn't water the grass which caused it to die. He basically claimed that I neglected this pallet, even though the other 3 pallets of sod were thriving! He has refused to give me any refund or replacement.

False Promises

I would like to file a complaint about this company for not following through with their promises. They stated that they would replace any trees that would die within a year. Furthermore, every referral I would give their sales representative, I would receive a free tree. I gave Curtis a tree referral nine months ago that lead to a sale, but I still have not received my free tree. I have called the company numerous times and spoke to James, he said that he would take care of it...still nothing happened. Now, I think I have a dead tree that going to need to be replaced. I recommend consumers not to use this company for anything.
